Our stay was great, place was immaculate when we got there. Neighbors very friendly. Had good relationship with renter. Went to Desert Museum, Titan Missle Museum, Tubaq, Tucson, golf match play in Dove Mountain. Lots to do and see. Didn't have one favorite restaurant, enjoyed all. Will miss my neighbor and the beautiful mountains. Night time was georgious with all the brilliant stars in the sky. Durring the day, the sky was as blue as could be. Got cold for awhile and snowed, could have done without that, but that was beyond anyone's control. Will consider returning.Recommended for: Age 55+, pet owners, sightseeing.

The condo was perfect for us. We originally were planning to bring our dogs, but changed our mind. If we had brought them, they would have been fine. The villa was clean, Phyllis had all the details outlined in a book for us and she was wonderful to check on us and make sure all was as we expected. We highly recommend this quiet and comfortable villa for other travelers.Recommended for: Age 55+, pet owners, sightseeing.

We highly recommend this place, it's just perfect. Absolute complete down to the littlest detail. Phyllis is the Best of host's with lots of attention to detail and cleanliness. Great hospitality. We will be back for sure. I have stayed in this villa many times, and it has everything I need. The location is very nice and close to many area attractions, yet quiet. Landlords are accommodating and neighbors are friendly. Fabulous!Recommended for: Age 55+, sightseeing.

About the owner: When I moved here three years ago, I discovered the richness of the GVR community centers and the delight in getting to know my neighbors. I have traveled the world for work in the healing arts field and love the uniqueness of southern Arizona with its mixed cultures and vibrant history.
Why the Owner Chose Villas East:
I bought this villa 17 years ago because my parents lived in one close by. The investment turned into a love for the unique Sonoran landscapes that are blessed with stunning sunrises and sunsets because of the cloud formations and altitude of 3500 feet. I have ended up moving here and the villa is a guest accommodation for my guests and for you.
