Our lakefront cabin is privately located at the end of a dead-end street. We have no direct neighbors on either side. The home is in excellent condition and very comfy. The interior layout is a split plan with each bedroom having it's own private bath. The cabin has stainless appliances, all wood floors and ceilings, central heat and air, satellite tv , dvd player and canoe for exploring or fishing in the lake. Relax, kick back on the deck overlooking the lake and enjoy watching the local wildlife or go for a thrilling whitewater rafting trip. Maybe you'd like to try ziplining through the trees. Attend one of our local craft or fine art shows, or shop for antiques in nearby Cashiers or Highlands.
Our lakefront mountain cabin is located just minutes from town unlike Bear Lake properties where you might want to pack a lunch for your drive to town for groceries.
If you fish, you're going to love our cabin on the lake. Hogback Lake is stocked with bass, trout, catfish and brim (bring your own fishing gear).
We are known for our many restaurants from casual to fine dining. If you're unfamiliar with the area I'd be more than happy to help you out with info on all local activities.
We are located just MINUTES from Cashiers (unlike the Bear Lake Properties)
Come and give us a try you'll be back again and again.

Why the Owner Chose Cashiers:
I fell in love with this area a few years ago. I just knew I had to have a place in this beautiful scenic area. It's peaceful and calm and the locals are warm and friendly. There is so much to do and so many places to explore I just love it here !
The Unique Benefits at this Cabin:
What I enjoy most about our cabin is the peacefulness and beauty that surrounds you. We are located at the end of a dead end street with no direct neighbors so it is very quiet. I love to sit on the deck and watch the otters in the lake, the chipmunks and squirrels playing and oh yes, an occasional bear.
