  My husband and I loved this condo! You can not ask for a better location. Close to all Front Street has to offer and yet quiet and peaceful for a good nights rest. The owner, Karel Gill was excellent to work with. If you are wondering where to stay in Lahaina wonder no more! This unit is well taken care of and in the perfect location. Thanks so much Karel we will definately be back!

  We spent nine days of the Christmas holiday including New Year's in this lovely condo! We've stayed at Lahaina Shores previously but this was an outstanding unit! It has been remodeled and it is obvious it was done with taste and lots of love. It is every bit as lovely as the pictures show it to be. My experience with the arranging of the rental was done with the owner and it was a flawless experience. The unit is equipped with your every need, not always the case. The location couldn't be better, close to all the shops and restaurants but far enough away for quiet and privacy. As previous reviews have mentioned the parking is a real treat, inexpensive and convenient. The management of Lahaina Shores does a beautiful job with the grounds, pool and hot tub. We are looking forward to returning again soon!

  My husband and I stayed here for a full week and are so happy we chose this condo. We spent every morning and evening on the lanai, drinking coffee or wine, looking out over the beautiful ocean. The bar-height table and chairs are very comfortable and make the view unobstructed. The lanai was private--you can't see your neighbors and they can't see you. There's also a nice drying rack on the lanai so that you can quickly dry your swim suits and towels. The bed was large and very comfy, and there are plenty of large chairs in the room to lounge in, in addition to a nice dining table and chairs. The kitchen was clean and there were plenty of plates, glasses and silverware. There was also salt and pepper and coffee filters, a wine opener, paper and pens, spatulas and all the pots and pans you could want. There's a very handy store just next door at the 505 Shops that had just about everything snack-wise. We did go to the Safeway just up the road for some meat and veggies for lunches. The bathroom was very nice and had a large sink and vanity, with plenty of drawers for you toiletries. There were extra towels and washcloths, as well as beach towels, snorkeling gear, boogy boards and beach chairs for us to use. The resort, itself, was nice as well. We used the washers and dryers on our floor. The elevators were fast, too...we never had to wait for them. And Rena, the concierge, was fabulous! We booked all of our excursions right there in the lobby. I used both the pool and hot tub every day and there were plenty of chairs for laying in the sun. The resort provides extra towels if you want them. The location is great as well. We went to Sparky's next door and had the local ale and freshly caught fish. You also can easily walk a few blocks to great stores and restaurants. And did I mention that parking is cheap...and right in front of the condo. I seriously can't say enough about how wonderful our experience was here. We're looking forward to returning and will definitely stay here again! Oh, and I have to say that working with Karel was great. This was our first experience staying at a condo instead of a hotel. Karel made it very easy!

  My wife and I just went here for our honeymoon. We flew into Kahalui Airport on the north of Maui, rented our car and drove to Lahaina Shores Beach Resort (LSBR). All we knew was go to the front desk and check in. LSBR is just like a Hotel. The check in was smooth; all I had to do was go to the hostess and tell them my name and show them my ID and I received the keys. Parking was very inexpensive at $2.50 a day in a relatively secure parking garage. This is a great deal for parking since some places nearby charge upwards of $2/20min or $20 a day. The room was fantastic. The balcony has a table two chairs and a great view of the ocean and Lanai. The room has very comfortable king size bed with egyptian cotton sheets. Lamps and overhead lights provide great lighting. There is AC and a very powerful fan that together or separate keep the room very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need and then some. Pots, pans, knives, silverware, coffee maker, stove, microwave, toaster, cutting boards, etc. We were surprised to find salt/pepper, some tea, some sugar cubes, and soy sauce there from a previous stay. There was dish soap, towels, and a scrubber sponge. In the bathroom there was a blow dryer, shampoo/conditioner, plenty of towels, some leftover sunscreen from other people, and beautiful tile. In the hall is a linen closet with extra towels, beach towels, sheets, and pillows. Also in the hall is a giant mirrored closet with hangers; it also contained the vacuums, broom, mop, etc. The location in relation to the island is perfect. The weather is great on this SW side and the location to the highway is perfect for getting on the road quickly but not feeling like you are in the middle of a big ol' city. We highly recommend this place. The owners are very accommodating and personable. They will call you to meet you and are very flexible in payment methods. Again, couldn't recommend this place more.

  Anyone looking to book a condo for your Hawaii vacation, look no further than here. My wife and I were fortunate enough to find this listing on VRBO and spent the month of May 2012 in this unit and at this location. Let me say, the unit was beautifully renovated. The views are better than expectations. Every morning, we sat on the lanai and drank coffee and soaked up the view. You never tire of this view. The water, the island of Lanai, the boats and paddle boarders ( many were learning ) was fun to watch. I am glad we picked it and my wife has stated numerous times, we will want to stay here again. For the location, Lahaina Shores is perfect for us. It is just far enough off from downtown to be quite, but close enough to walk to shopping and the many, many, many restaurants. Also, this location seems to be a hidden gem, because, there was never a crowd of people ( this is a key criteria for us ). The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Pools and grounds are kept clean daily. And the bar-b-que grills were fantastic for cooking our fresh fish and burgers. Those were cleaned daily as well. Each night, we were treated to the Le' Le' luau hawaiian music. This unit is far enough aware for it to be pleasant, not bothersome. The owners of this unit were also great to work with. As I write this review, I have some hesitation, as I want this to remain a secret. So, by letting it out and giving the owners the credit they deserve, I guess I will just have to make sure I re-book months in advance. WE WILL COME BACK and STAY HERE!!!!!   We just returned from a fantastic 12 day trip in Maui, finishing up w a 3 nite stay at this property. The condo has been recently re done....everything is new....and is perfect for two. Our favorite event each day was sitting on the 5th floor deck overlooking the beach/ ocean and watching the whales during cocktail hour, (bring binoculars for best viewing!), always followed up by spectacular sunsets. The property is located on a quiet side of town....but you can easily walk to anything you'd ever need. The owner was easy to deal with and was always available to help in any way, especially allowing us a late check out as we had an overnight flight home....to snow :( We'll be back for sure.....and Thank You
