EM #23 is spacious (just over 1,900 sq. ft), light and inviting. It is the perfect vacation home for a large extended family or for you and another family to vacation together. A large dining room is open to the newly remodeled kitchen and the living area. The entire area is bathed in lots of natural light from the abundance of windows, all which look into National Forest Land.
The large master suite with king bed and bath are downstairs. This bedroom has its own wing and is very private from the other bedrooms. A queen bedroom is off the 'west wing' and utilizes the bathroom off the hallway. The second queen and bunk room are upstairs and both use the bathroom in the hallway. A futon in the family room can be used for extra sleeping.
The large deck is perfect for sunbathing or enjoying those evening BBQ's on the gas grill that is provided. A hammock and horseshoe pit complete the back yard experience and you'll be thrilled when the wildlife come in for a closer look!
Catch the nearby bike path for an easy ride to the South Meadow or Lodge Pool. It's a short walk to the stables, convenience grocery store, or the Lodge. Don't forget the family dog - non-shedding dogs are welcome!

Summer season, the rate is $325 per night with a 7 night minimum. A 10% discount applies during the shoulder seasons. Off-season, the rate is $225 per night (Christmas & New Years, regular rates apply) Call for specific dates and rates. An 8% tax and a refundable security deposit equal to one night's rent apply to all stays. A cleaning charge of $111.28 (includes tax) applies to all stays less than 5 nights. This is a dog friendly home. There is a $20/night charge for your dog and restrictions apply. BBR accesses a $5.00/per person/night fee upon your arrival at the Welcome Center.
