Once you check in,Open up the balcony slider to the tropical sounds of birds and breeze. With drink in hand, walk across the street to watch the sunset on Charlie Young Beach.(Kamaole beaches I , II & III) A favorite beach of the locals.Great for swimming, boogie boarding,surfing,fishing and sunbathing.
It's a simple walk to restaurants,surf lessons and all sorts of shopping.
Our facility has an elevator, 6 Tennis courts, 3 swimming pools,a large BBQ w/ Picnic area outside the door with lush maintained gardens.
I love this part of the Island because,I get a great feel of the locals.
Never feel like a tourist here yet, enjoy all the amenities of one.Golf and Higher end shopping in Wailea less than a mile.

We were on Maui to see our daughter and needed a place to sleep and eat breakfast. We got so much more! Every morning I delighted in coffee and bird watching from the lanai. The unit was very well equipped right down to a box with all those little things you wish you'd brought like scissors, thread, tape, etc. We could have easily cooked every meal there. We appreciated the quiet hours which were really well honored and the air conditioner and fans as we hit a very hot and humid spell. About 3 blocks down the road is a great Food Market and they will insist on putting you in their computers so you can get their discounts while you are there. Thank you for making our visit so comfortable.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Our one bedroom, one bath condo at Maui Vista had all the amenities we could want for a great vacation on Maui! The kitchen was well equiped, allowing us to cook in for breakfast and on several evenings. The washer/dryer was conveniently inside the condo for easy access. The free wireless internet was much appreciated and the A/C was there - though seldom needed with the cross breeze from opening windows. All the beach equipment we needed was right there in the condo. The concierge was very helpful in finding the best beaches nearby for snorkeling (Ulua Beach) and giving us excellent dinner suggestions (complete with discount coupons - Maalaea Waterfront Restaurant in Wailuku was lovely). The condo was quiet, clean and well maintained and the bed comfortable. The owner was very helpful in getting us into the condo when we arrived earlier than our check-in time. I would recommend this condo to friends and relatives looking for a place to stay on Maui.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

Your condo is wonderful! It is very close to all the beaches, shopping, resturants, etc. We did not want to leave. We enjoyed the clean and quite facilities very much. The availability of the beach chairs & boogie boards was a very nice convienance. I would recomend this property to any of my friends. Thanks for the use of your beautiful home.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, romantic getaway.

Thanks again for making your condo available to me and my wife. We loved being just across the street from the beach. We spent each evening playing in the surf and watching the sunsets. The condo is very nice and comfortable and the resort area was very clean and quiet. We enjoyed having the tennis courts to play around on. Also, the pool was great and we made a few friends there. We look forward to booking again next year and plan to bring some friends also.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, romantic getaway.

Across the street is our favorite beach on Maui. Could not be closer and more convient for the price. Owner was very helpful and condo had everything we needed. The BBQs were handy and we met some wonderful folks there in the evening. Close to everything but especially the 1+ mile of pristine beaches and the most gorgious sunsets. Will definately book again but this time for more than a week!Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

It is a pleasure to recommend this condo to future vacationers. The owner has done a great job decorating the unit and being sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Having spent a week there for our Christmas vacation, we found the condo clean, safe, a convenient location for walking to town, beach, restaurants and other areas. Our condo had a view of the ocean and we enjoyed sitting on the lanai to relax. The gardens around the units are spectacular. We found this area quiet and much more relaxed than some other areas of Hawaii where we have previously stayed. We would not hesitate to rent this unit again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
