  If you are considering a trip to Aruba, look no further. This property has it all! The listing description is accurate in all regards but my family and I were blown away when we actually saw the place. The owner has gone out of his way to furnish this home and he is most attentive if you have any questions or concerns. In fact the property is so spectacular that we almost hated to venture out to see what the island has to offer. We did enjoy Eagle Beach very much and also the snorkeling expedition by catamaran. Our favorite restaurant?...the Flying Fishbone where we ate delicious food barefoot on the beach. All in all this was our best vacation ever, owing in no small part to the accommodations at this property.

  We liked the proximity from Palm Beach activities. We also like the house is the last in a dead end street. The pool area-deck-patio-bbq provide the perfect expérience of a true home at the sun! Acces to te neibhourhood is easy! À must go, we will go again! The house by the way is spacious and fully loaded, we even found olive oil in the kitchen...to make a perfect dish one night!

  My husband and I decided to do our first family vacation for his 60th birthday. All our children are adults and they brought along some of their spouses. Well 5 daughters and we are quite a package. We found this home for rent and thought it would be the perfect place for our special occasion. Upon arriving we were greeted by Alex, the gentleman overseeing the property. He showed us around and made sure everything was working properly. There were a couple of things that needed attention and Alex did a great job of making sure we were all set. The home is absolutely beautiful. A perfect patio and pool area for get together. Our family spent quite a bit of time outside playing cards, enjoying the pool and doing some barbequing. The kids could not believe how great everything was. The kitchen was definitely used for our special dinners. Plenty of room for all. Everyone had no problem walking to the “high rise” area hotels and shops and to the beach. Coolers were provided and pool floats and games were right there for us. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a private residence to stay in. We also used the car rental agency suggested and they were great in helping us exchange vehicles part way through the week. Nice discount and friendly service. Thank you for the wonderful memories!   We stayed 9 nights in this beautiful house and although it sounds like a lot it went by sooo fast!!! The house is even nicer than the pictures and we LOVED the outdoor area. It was very private and as a girls trip we also felt very safe which is important. Meals we ate at the house we always had on the outdoor patio; we spent most of our time in that area in general when at the house. It is very large and the pool is awesome! Michael was great to work with and answers any questions very quickly; we emailed him letting him know one night that the grill had no gas and the next day a new propane tank was put on it while we were out. We drove all around the island and the beaches there are amazing! We ended up spending most days on Eagle Beach or Malmok Beach as they were close and not crowded. We liked Baby Beach a lot but it was a further drive; the National Park was worth seeing and the views on that side of the island are beautiful; you can drive down around from Alto Vista Chapel as well. La Trattoria - El Faro Blanco Restaurant was great at the Lighthouse; good food and service and there are no words for the sunset!!! We loved the island and hope to some day get back...Thank you Michael for all your help!

  My family vacationed for the first time in Aruba August 7, 2012. The island is certainly captivating and I hope to return in the future. We had a wonderful time in Aruba and our stay at Michael's property was a huge contributor. When we arrived the home was immaculate and provided a "welcoming" feel. The extra touches Mike made available (cell phone for use, gas grille ready to go, a quick guide about the house and the island, pool floats, etc.) were great! The home allowed me to relax by the pool, while the girls (16, 22 and 25 years of age) were able to enjoy the pool at night, after a day spent at the beach. During our trip we decided to skip the restaurants a few nights to eat our meals at the house. The kitchen was fully equipped with all of the appliances, cutlery, utensiles (including grilling) we needed to prepare full course meals. There was ample space throuhtout the house for us to enjoy each others company...or if we had enough of each other for the day, we were able to spread out through the home for some private time (this was most beneficial to me...lol). The day before we were scheduled to leave Aruba I asked the girls to tell me their highlights of our stay in Aruba. My 16 year old daughter's response was "the house." In my opinion, that speaks volumes. Thank you Michael!

  We went to Aruba for my cousins wedding and spent 7 nights. Instead of staying at one of the hotels, we decided to rent a house, giving us more freedom and access to a pool whenever we wanted. The house is great! Terrific kitchen (if you want to cook, which we didn't do very much), GREAT patio/pool area and tons of space. We made sure to swim every morning when we woke up and every night before we went to bed. I think it is best to have a car rental when you are not at the hotels, which enables you to travel whenever and wherever you want. We spent a few days at the hotel beaches and the rest of the time went to Malmok and Arashi beaches, Arikok National Park to see the caves, the Natural Bridge, Oranjestad for some traditional Aruban food (try Peanut restaurant) and our favorite site - the Donkey Sanctuary! We felt really comfortable at the house and felt like we were "home" every time we went back at the end of a long day in the sun. Having a cell phone included with the rental was really helpful -- we needed it a few times when we got "lost" looking for a particular place. (Note: there are really no street signs in Aruba... but eventually you get it.) All in all - it was a great vacation and we made a great choice in our rental!

  Thank you for the opportunity to rent this beautiful vacation house! We were there in mid June 2012 for a week with two other couples! It was awesome! The weather was perfect and the trade wind breeze made for lovely evenings hanging out on the back patio. We only used the air conditioning for the bedrooms, as we spent the majority of our time on the patio and in the pool. It was great having our own private pool. The pool maintenance man came by several times during our visit. The property is well kept with tiles throughout and plenty of room! We also grilled out and enjoyed preparing many of our dinners at home - which was enjoyable and also saved on our vacation expenses. This property is in a very good location. Although tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, it is within walking distance of the beach and shops. The use of the home cell phone was nice. We purchased a Digicel card (phone credit) from the gift shop at the hotel and we were able to call home. We used Royal Car Rental as recommended. The A/C in the vehicle was not working well the first day, but we took it back the next morning and they swapped it for a different vehicle with no problem. We highly recommend Barney’s Bar and Restaurant located in Noord, a short driving distance from the property. We booked all our events in advance and enjoyed the following activities Kukoo Kunuku, Jolly Pirates Cruise, Four hour Natural Pool Jeep Safari, Trikes Aruba Tour, and the Bon Bini Festival at Ft. Zoutman in Oranjestand (no reservations required, this only takes place once a week – Tuesday evenings – there is a history of the island, music, dancers and local food for a small fee). The house was perfect and this was the best vacation ever! I highly recommend staying at this property to anyone!

  We had an amazing time in this rental! We spent mornings by the pool, made lunch at home, and then would walk to Palm Beach and enjoy the afternoons there. The house was perfect and all 8 of us (7 adults, 1 child) fit in the house extremely comfortably with the additional upstairs bedroom. The house is furnished beautifully, and the patio and grill saved us hundreds of dollars for the nights we chose to cook at home instead of going out to eat. The location was great, walking distance to the beach, hotels, casinos, and shopping. We really had a great time and I would recommend this rental to any family. It was a great value and we had an amazing time!

  We arrived on the Beautiful Island of Aruba to Superb Accomodations. The Home is simply Beautiful. The pictures don't adaquetly depict the homes beauty. The home is located in a great area of palm beach and the walk to palm beach is less than 5 minutes. There are seveal shops and dining options in walking distance of the home. The amenities are excellent. The pool is very relaxing after a long day at the beach. This was our first trip to aruba and from the looks of things the home is better than any hotel on the island. Dealing with Mike was a pleasure. We were a group of 7 ladies who take annual Diva Destination Getaway and the concensus among the ladies is that this was the best trip to date. If I return to Aruba I will definately make this my first choice for lodging! Take my advice if the property is available on your travel dates....Book IT!

  This home is by far the best place to stay in Aruba, this was our first visit to Aruba and this home made it the best part of our trip, it is truly a paradise. The pictures shown does not do the house justice. We had 7 people in our party and we had enough room for 7 more people, the home is fully equipped with EVERYTHING that you will need. The owner gave an accurate description of the home, it is everything that's shown and then some. This is the perfect getaway to relax in paradise, not only are you choosing an amazing vacation spot but an incedible home as well. I would definitely reccomend this home to everyone, I am definitely going back to Aruba and this will be my ONLY choice of places to stay. The Crum Family, Orlando, Florida
