  Modern. Beautiful. Clean. Spacious. Comfortable. Convenient. Secure. All of these things made our holiday vacation so very memorable and left us with an overwhelming desire to come back again next year! We absolutely loved the complex as a whole and more specifically this unit. The condo is gorgeous, we felt "at home" from the moment we stepped in the door. We were impressed by the fact that we rarely heard ANY outside or neighboring condo noise, which indicated to us a high quality of construction. Not only was everything in the condo very nicely decorated, it was all functional and comfortable....there is nothing worse than going on vacation and feeling like you cannot sit comfortably on the furniture, use the dining table or flop on the bed after a long day in the sun! Definitely not the case with this unit, it was exactly what we wanted and needed in a condo. We loved the split bedroom floor plan, it was nice to allow the kids to have their own space while Mom and Dad had theirs as well. The complex itself was not too big yet not too small...large enough to have the amenities we were looking for yet it still had that "little community vibe" to it with outwardly friendly renters and manager. We loved Captain Curt's which is literally right across the street, a little too convenient actually, we found ourselves there several times! Clayton's was so delicious, a great place with a casual yet elegant atmosphere. The owner is amazing. He was so accommodating, it is obvious that he wants his guests to thoroughly enjoy their stay. We cannot wait to go back!!!

  What a fantastic place! My wife and I rent in Florida once or twice every year for a while now and we have never found a better condo and location. We consider our selves pretty picky and clean freaks, especially with our 2 yr. old. This condo was perfect in every way. It is a new and modern building and a high end unit. It's very spacious, open, and bright. It's well-maintained, spotless and the layout is perfect if you want to be able to use the living room, kitchen, and balcony while the kids are sleeping. The concrete structure also keeps noise out completely from outside and other units. The condo has a nice view of the ocean from the main balcony, a wonderful and elegant pool and deck area that overlooks the beach and ocean which is just beyond its fence. Great restaurants and shops are across the street (highly recommend Clayton's) and beautiful Sarasota is a 10 min. drive. And of course there is the beach. No wonder they call it one of the best in the country. It is very wide and long - you can walk for miles and the sand feels like flour. The water is calm and shallow. Our little one loved it. Stunning sunsets. I could keep going on and on. It was hard to leave. The weather was perfect every day - sunny and 80. We seriously thought about extending our stay but the unit was booked. Btw, the owner is super nice and great to work with. He thought of everything and was very accomodating. It really made a difference for us. Can't wait to come back.

  Bert was wonderful to work with and made everything so easy with booking his condo. The condo itself is absolutely beautiful! There was so much space for my family and I and had everything we needed for our week stay. We loved the private pools and beach access as well. The condo is in the perfect location where you can walk to many places, which was so convenient. We love Siesta Key and our family has been coming here for over 26 years. We have stayed at many places and Bert's condo is definitely at the top! Would highly recommend staying here! We will definitely be coming back! :)

  This three bedroom condo was so much better than expected! Starting from the great views from the patio off the living room, to the lovely heated pool that opens up to a very short stroll to hit the ocean waters, to the fabulous kitchen and massive storage space, this vacation condo is the cream of the crop. In addition to these great features, the owner (Bert) was so great to work with. He details everything that you could possibly need and made our vacation stress free. The building manager (Ron) was also great and made us feel so welcome. Finally, there are great restaurants, gift shops, convenience stores directly across the street from the condo. You don't really have to have a car for this condo. Siesta Key has several "FREE" shuttles that will take you back and forth into the village where you will find so many great shops and restaurants. The Oyster Bar (in the Village) and Captain Curt's (across from the Condo) were some of our favorite places to eat and drink. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a spacious place to lounge, relax, eat, drink, and be merry! Angie

  Condo was better than described, the photos do not do it justice. Very clean and well maintained, the owner was polite and prompt with any questions, very pleasant to work with. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting Siesta Key. We especially loved the location being so close to so many things. There is a grocery store right across the street. Captain Curt's, a fun restaurant, has the best clam chowder and the award from Rhode Island chowder cook off to prove it. The Orange Octopus was a favorite of my children. We went 4 times in 1 week for their amazing homemade ice cream in a variety of flavors. They also have wonderful coffee/lattes and cinnamon rolls. All these places are within a 2 - 3 minute walk. The building is right on the beach, the unit backs one of the pools. 2 covered parking spaces and all the comforts of home and then some!!!

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

  What an awesome piece of paradise!!! This condo has everything you need and everything you forgot. Ideal location, CLEAN, comfortable beds, lots of space, you simply won't want to leave. I am the type of person who is always looking for something "better than last time". I have never stayed in the same place twice, but there is a first time for everything. I can finally say that I will be back. I found everything I was looking for and more. The owner is a delight to work with, prompt and professional in every way. My children ages 9, 12 and 15 loved the 2 pools and the fact that this unit backs one of the pools. When in Siesta Key this is the place to be!!!

  From the booking process to the completion of our stay, this was the perfect vacation! The owner of this property goes the extra mile to ensure your stay will be enjoyable and hastle free. The condo is beautiful and extremely well maintained. Everything you need is already there. This place will NOT disappoint even the pickiest traveler! We enjoyed the location of the condo. You can walk to several restaurants and rent bikes right across the street. The beach is the best we have experienced. No need to bring beach chairs as they are provided. Once again, this condo and the entire complex is by far the best one around. We look forward to booking our next stay!!

  My family spent one week at this condo. We were there June 16-23rd. The unit is very very very nice. In addition to the condo itself being first rate, the condo was exceptionally clean. If you want a top of the line vacation, this condo is your place. We encountered ZERO problems all week. The beach is beautiful. The condo complex is very well maintained. My kids had a blast (ages 11 and 15). Wife was able to relax on the beach all week without having to dodge drunks, broken glass and beer cans. Our son fished all week and did amazingly well. We rented four bikes from across the street for one week ($125 total cost). We rode everywhere. Car stayed parked. If you do not leave this place pleased, then nothing will please you.

  Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, tourists without a car, girls getaway, sightseeing.

  Condo is very well kept and feels like new. Extremely clean with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Very modern and airy with quality furniture and accessories. Owners are very thoughtful and attentive if anything is needed. Beach and area location are perfect with convenient grocery store across the road and good restaurants either a short walk or short drive. Near one of the two access bridges to the key and very convenient for driving. One of our favorite places and we highly recommend it.

  My wife and I have been visiting Siesta Key paradise for over 20 years. This is the best condo we have stayed in to date. It is actually even more appealing than the listing indicates. Very contemporary,very well appointed,very conveniently located for anything you need,great high speed service and immaculately maintained. Everything including linens ,towels ,appliances and cookware are first class. ..including the 42 inch TV with a full digital package ..and just to make it even more convenient the price includes unlimited US and Canada calling! The two patio's make it easy to be in or out of the sun all day. The owner is the most customer centric I have experienced. Very accommodating and considerate. For example he knew we would be checking in late after the grocery store closed...he stocked us with everything we needed for the night. Also very helpful with all the things that can be frustrating...explicit directions,easy to follow instructions for building access,internat access ,TV,dining recos,grocery store location etc. ...and he is actually very responsive....like usually within minutes. Just one of those guys where you have total confidence you are in good hands. We will definitely be back ...but I'd say as word spreads we'll be standing in line.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.
