This beautiful 1875 S.F. sixth floor end unit condo in Tower 2 overlooks one of the Polynesian heated pools. It is a 3 BR condo but in Fall/Winter may be rented as a 2 bedroom unit and Spring/Summer as a 2 or 3 BR unit. (See floor plan below.)
One of the bedrooms is a studio/efficiency and can be separated or locked out from the other two bedrooms and will be owner occupied during Fall/Winter.
Long Beach Resort has one of the most beautiful and largest beaches in Florida. The white sand looks like sugar. There are three pools and three hot tubs on the resort, an onsite seasonal bar/grill, and onsite seasonal jet ski/banana boat/parasailing.
The condo offers awesome Gulf and Beach views from every bedroom as well as the living/dining room. The huge balcony has fabulous lounge chairs and a large table with swivel/rocker contoured chairs for dining outside. The sunsets are awesome.
There are three bedrooms with king size beds and comfortable pillow top mattresses. Each bedroom has a large flat screen TV, private marble bath with double sinks and garden tub, and balcony access. There are also three roll away beds available.
The studio/efficiency bedroom has a mini kitchen (sink, microwave, & small refrigerator) and private balcony. This bedroom can be locked out and separated from the other two bedrooms. (Owner occupied in Fall/Winter.)
In Spring/Summer two or three bedrooms may be rented. During Fall/Winter two bedrooms may be rented daily, weekly, or monthly.
The condo is fully furnished with linens, cooking utensils, DVDs, and large flat screen TVs in the Living Room and all 3 bedrooms.
There is 24 hour security at the gate. Also there are three pools: a large Lagoon Pool with an island and waterfalls, and two Polynesian pools that are heated in the winter. Each pool has a hot tub.
The resort is conveniently located to nearby shopping, restaurants, amusements, entertainment, and so much more.

- This is a three bedroom condo but can be separated and rented as one, two,or three bedrooms. One bedroom is an efficience/studio unit that can be locked out and rented separate from the other two bedrooms. The studio has its own bath and private balcony with views of the Gulf and Beach. This balcony overlooks one of the three pools and hot tubs. This pool is heated in the winter.

- Pier Park is only a few miles down the road. There are many fabulous restraunts, amusements, entertainment, shopping, drug store, and banks in the area. There is a super-Mart conveniently located just around the corner. There is a seasonal onsite bar/grill at the Lagoon Pool. There are 3 pools and 3 hot tubs on the resort. In the winter two of the pools are heated.

I am the author of six books and love to speak and share my experience and knowledge. Also I work wth a talent agent and am sometimes on TV in commercials and music videos. My life is seldom dull, boring, or routine. I love to write when I am at the beach because I am totally relaxed and able to concentrate without being distracted.

It is one of the best places in the world to take a vacation or live. I love the sound of the ocean waves, the feel of the ocean breezes, and the warmth of the sun. There are three pools and three hot tubs at this resort, 24 hour security, and plenty of room for everyone. The people are friendly and most are very considerate of others.
