La Casita lies nestled in the rolling hills of New Mexico, just 20 minutes North of Santa Fe. This cozy house was built approximately 14 years ago and is made out of authentic adobe bricks. Its style is rustic yet very warm and comfortable and is decorated in the southwestern charm. It is a wonderful place for romantic getaways, scared retreats, family get-togethers; and the surrounding grounds are perfect for any celebration, wedding or other special event.
It is part of a Retreat Center and has spectacular views of the Sangre de Cristo mountains to the East, the red hills of the Barrancas to the West, and adjoins Native American land with grazing buffaloes to the North.
La Casita is surrounded by numerous gardens, a vineyard, pond, and a bird atrium with peacocks.
Cozy La Casita features two bedrooms with all natural European bedding and the finest quality of pressed European linens. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the other bedroom has a full-size bed. The living room includes a kiva fireplace, and the dining room has a cozy nook surrounded by large windows.
The kitchen is small yet functional and is fully equipped. There is also an office and a private terrace in the back, which overlooks a 7-acre field and has beautiful desert mountain views. The front of La Casita has an enclosed flagstone courtyard with a fountain, weeping willow tree and dining area; and cedar wood stairs access a lovely rooftop terrace for guests.
The peace and tranquility of La Casita is beyond comparison, and the views are simply breathtaking.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
La Casita is located in a smoke-free environment and is part of a Retreat Center.
The surrounding grounds are exclusive and very private.
La Casita accommodates up to 6 people (3 couples).
No pets allowed.
A cleaning service is available upon request for an extra $100/cleaning.
A credit card imprint will be taken on the arrival date for damage security.
A 50% deposit is required upon reservations.
The remaining balance is due at the time of arrival.
Cancellations must be made 14 days prior to reservations for the deposit to be refunded. |
