We were in town for the World Jr. Freeride Championships at Snowbird. We stayed at Mountain Pointe. Convenience of purchase, guest instructions, price, quality of the home, and marketing materials were much better than other comparable lodging companies. We really liked the price for the quality of home. We were very satisfied and would definitely refer you to friends and family. I was thrilled with the property (Mountain Pointe Townhome). We came for skiing and snowboarding at Snowbird Resort. I think everything was in good condition, clean and worked well. I have absolutely no complaints. .: I think the quality of the condo is excellent. I was thrilled with it as were the 8 others who stayed there with me. I also think Wendy was excellent to work with. She made things so easy for us. She offered us valuable information on the nearby mountains and equipment rentals and discount deals that we would not otherwise have received being that we are from the east coast. Wendy was available to answer questions. She helped us secure rental equipment which was delivered directly to our condo. It was great equipment and so easy. We were able to really relax here. It was just 5 of us, but we all had our own bed and there was room to spread out. The kitchen was open to the family room which allowed us to enjoy each other's company. Basement couches were a bit stiff, but the tv and ping pong games we played were fun, especially when I won. We didn't use the playground or park, but they are convenient and would be nice to have if we had more people. Nice play,Recommended for: Age 55+.

The home was a bit hard to find. It's tucked back into a townhome community clustered together. The location is really great. Stores and resturants are just around the corner. The home was nice. There is a half bath on te main level off the kitchen and the bedrooms are all on the 2nd floor. The basement is one large room with a ping pong table, 2 couches and TV. The hot tub was not as private as I hoped, but it was okay I guess. Playground was fun and convenient. Parking was tight. The backyard shares a gate to the playground next door so the kids played there and enjoyed tehmselves. The parking is tight (2 car garage max), but there are parking places in the parking lot nearby. The park around the corner that is apart of the community was really nice. The large pavilion and basketball court we used and enjoyed together when the family came to visit. The home was very comfortable and we definitely recommend it.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, romantic getaway.

We just returned home from staying here. We loved how close it was to the market and restaurants. We enjjoyed the area, the park was great. The kids enjoyed the palyground. We would stay here again.
