The master suite, living room, kitchen and dining room all have unobstructed views of the spectacular river. The hot tub sits on the spacious deck overlooking the bend in the Big Descutes river which allows one to view the river expanse in both directions. The lush lawn rolls right down to the river and the private dock is ideal for fishing for the elusive big brown trout! Use the neighborhood boat ramp to launch your boat or simply lounge on the private dock while the canadian geese and ducks frolick. My husband, Rick, and I own 2 wonderful vacation rental homes in the Sunriver area.
Why the Owner Chose River Village
We feel Sunriver is the most wonderful vacation spot anywhere. With 3 championship golf courses, 27 tennis courts, the river for kayaking and canoeing, the bike paths that go thru the community and for miles along the river thru the woods, the horseback riding and ATV riding and tons of activities for children of all ages including the swimming pools. All that and snow sports on Mt Bachelor just 20 minutes away. Sunriver can't be beat. One of our homes is on the river and the other is a very short walk to the river. The West side of Sunriver along the river is the best in terms of tranquility. The east side has trains running thru day and the south end by the mall has too much hustle and bustle for us. We chose our locations carefully for tranquility and convenience to all ammenities.

Beautiful house. Awesome river spot. Great neighbors. The house was better than expected. Everything was soo very CLEAN!!!! I usually rent a house and spend the first couple of hours cleaning it to my specifications. I didn't have to do that this time. The only negative was the beds were ROCK hard. Everyone in my group thought so. I was disappointed because it was advertised as an awesome nights sleep and it was not. That being said, everything else exceeded expectations.
Owner response:Thank you for pointing out how clean our home is. We are surprised regarding the comment about the beds being firm. All of the beds in the home are very expensive Sealy Posturpedic beds and they are each rated as medium in terms of the softness. We have only had positive reviews on our high end cozy beds and many people have said that the master suite bed is the most comfortable they have slept in. :-D

Just wanted to tell you that my golf buddies and I really enjoyed your river side house. The river at sunrise is spectacular. And we all slept well every night on the comfortable beds, much appreciated by our weary bones after 36 holes of golf per day.
