Welcome to "Beautiful Lodge" in Sunriver. Our home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms including a king Sealy Posturpedic pillow-top bed with removeable featherbed topper for added luxury, a queen Sealy Posturpedic with removeable featherbed topper, one set of bunk beds, one twin bed and one double futon in the den. We are told by our guests that our beds are the most comfortable that they have ever slept on! Our warm and inviting home is lodge style with vaulted wood ceilings, a fire-view wood stove, plenty of firewood and a new hot tub for those chilly days of winter.
We are located on Kinglet Rd in the peaceful, most desireable North/West corner of the resort community. Just a 3 minute walk to the scenic Deschutes River and a 20-minute drive to Mt Bachelor. We are close to the Woodlands Golf Course, the North pool & tennis courts. We are far from the East railroad track side of Sunriver and away from the higher traffic roads of the commercial South end, and yet just a few moments drive to all conveniences.
Come stay at the BEST LOCATION in Sunriver! Your children can play far from the street on our super deep 1/3 acre lot while you lounge in serenity on our new back deck in our new hot tub. Once you visit our home, you will never want to leave!

My husband, Rick, and I own 3 wonderful vacation rental homes in Sunriver.
Why the Owner Chose Sunriver
We feel Sunriver is the most wonderful vacation spot anywhere. With 3 championship golf courses, 27 tennis courts, the river for kayaking and canoing, the bike paths that go thru the community and for miles along the river thru the woods, the horseback riding and ATV riding and tons of activities for children of all ages including the swimming pools. All that and snow sports on Mt Bachelor just 20 minutes away. Sunriver can't be beat. One of our homes is on the river and the other are a very short walk to the river. We West side of Sunriver along the river is the best in terms of tranquility. The east side has trains running thru day and the south end by the mall has too much hustle and bustle for us. We chose our locations carefully for tranquility and convenience to all ammenities.

This home is set far off the road on 1/3 acre only 3 homes away from the river! Walk just 3 minutes to a bench overlooking the river to sip your morning coffee or to watch the sunset over the river. Just a block away is the trailhead for the path that runs along the river and thru the Deschutes Forest for miles of hiking or bike riding. The king bed is a brand new Sealy Posturpedic and the furniture in the home is designed for cushy comfort.
