  My husband and I could not have been happier with the condition, cleanliness, and location of this condo. Located top floor, end unit, it was quiet and private and to top that off, the condo was located in such a way that you had great ocean views, great mountain views and steps from the hot tobs and pool. We will definitely be staying here again!

  We have been coming to Kauai, Princeville area for the past 10 years and have stayed at the Cliffs for three years. We've looked at a lot of the Cliffs condos and this is our favorite one. It is beautifully furnished, clean, a perfect location. My husband enjoyed the closeness of the workout center. We enjoyed every meal on the beautiful lanai enjoying the view - especially when the albatross birds entertained us with their mating dance right on the lawn in front of us. The owners were very helpful and the photos were very accurate. We've stayed on other islands but love the north shore of Kauai the most.

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

  Very comfortable. Kitchen had all the necessary tools. The quality of sheets and towels was so great. Enjoyed the ocean view. We enjoyed hiking the Napali coast, discovering The Hide away beach and hiking down to The Queens Bath (but please be very careful not to get close to edge of rocks. Waves can be unexpected and dangerous).

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

  We just returned from a great family vacation to Hawaii and particularly enjoyed this condo in the Cliffs resort. It was exactly what we were looking for. The unit is beautifully decorated, very well maintained, very clean, stocked to accomodate all of our cooking and clearning needs, and in a perfect location overlooking the ocean. We continuously saw beautiful rainbows from the back linai, which was an added treat. By the way, the linai's are well furnished with nice tables for dining outdoors and simply enjoying the views. One word of caution- the second bedroom is a loft (sleeps 4), so it's not a completely private bedroom but is open and overlooks the living/ dining room and kitchen. This worked well for us, as we didn't need any greater privacy for our family - but good to know about in advance. The resort location is great because you can easily walk to the little shopping mall with a good grocery store, or drive to Hanalei for dinner. In addition, we found the concierge at the Cliffs very helpful for planning our itinerary on the island. We loved it here and wished we could have stayed longer. We would definitely recommend this to friends and to anyone who is looking for a nice play to stay in Princeville.

  This is a very comfortable and well equipped unit. My husband & I spent 3 1/2 weeks here and thoroughly enjoyed it. The front lanai views for morning coffee and lanai off the bed room for happy hour view of Bali Hi mountains made it very relaxing. The resort itself is well run clean and staff are very helpful. THe pool design lends it self to adults area as well as an a good family area, shuffle board, b ball, tennis are beautifully maintained and all equipment easily signed out at the office. It is nicely located for morning walks, easy drives to Hanalei Bay and south when you want. Special thanks to Corrine who very quickly assisted us with a stressful situation in a professional manner. We look forward to a future visit with our family.

  We just want to thank Corinne and her family for the use of their condo at The Cliffs. We searched for weeks on VRBO and other websites, and in the end settled on this condo because of Corinne's fast and warm response to our rental inquiry. We found the condo to be VERY clean and inviting. The amenities were all modern, and (BLESSING) even the knives in the kitchen were razor sharp! There were beach towels, a lunch cooler, beach chairs/mats, boogie boards, and more. The pictures of their condo do not do it any justice. The views from both balconies were one of the best parts of the condo. The one thing we were worried about was no air conditioning, but with the condo being on the corner and third floor, the breeze that comes through the unit is absolutely amazing (along with a pair of really nice free standing fans and the ceiling fans). The on-premise Rec Center was great. We spent many days at the pool, and it was absolutely beautiful! The staff was excellent and helpful with everything we needed including booking a REALLY sweet zip line and helicopter tour. While we were deciding on where to stay in Kauai, we were looking at maps, and worried about not being directly on the beach. But we were more than pleasantly surprised by the close proximity of the best beach on the island. Hanalei Bay is less than a ten minute drive away, and the drive was extremely beautiful and worth it! We did a lot of driving around on the island to see what each area was like, and being at The Cliffs was the perfect choice. Be sure to check out Hanalei Bay Beach Pavilion & shops (<10mins away), Princeville Ranch (zip lines, horse back, hiking, etc), Tunnels Beach, Sunshine Helicopters, and the long mountain hike at the very end of the highway towards the Na Pali Coast (WOW!). We also had dinner at St. Regis (pricey, but amazing steaks & wine). My wife and I highly recommended this condo and location! If we get the chance, we'd love to go back there again.   Our family had a wonderful time at this property. Aside from its location (which is one of the best in Princeville) the unit itself is clean, well kept, and nicely appointed. Being a corner unit, it receives abundant light and the views of the mountain and ocean lanai's are beautiful. Communication with the owner was great with very quick response time. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone and hope to stay here again in the future.

  This was my first visit to Kauai, and was for my daughter's wedding. The description and photos posted online were spot-on, and the owner was very prompt with answering all my questions. The condo was very clean and well-maintained, and the whole community was very pretty. I would recommend this to anyone who wanted to stay in Princeville to be near some of the attractions in Kauai. Mahalo!

  My fiancee and I just rented this condo over Labor day weekend and wow were we impressed! First I should say that owners were so very helpful and responsive. I can tell they take great pride in their condo and enjoy sharing if with visitors to Kauai. We couldn't have chosen a more perfect location than Princeville, and the condo took full advantage of the gorgeous ocean and mountain views. It was beautifully furnished and had a great vibe throughout. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to dine in. If you prefer eating out, Princeville shopping center and Hanalei Bay were just a short drive away. We were within walking distance of some pretty neat sights such as Queen's Bath, and the Cliff's community offers an array of activities and classes to suit anyone's taste. Oh, and we were so very thankful that there was a washer/dryer in the condo. VERY useful. All in a all, our only regret was that we weren't able to stay longer!! Will certainly rent this one again.
