NEW MODERN REMODEL- SUMMER of 2013! New pictures coming! New Kitchen, New master bath, New flooring, New furniture including new beds! Welcome to Punta Gorda a quiet town on the east coast of Florida- just north of Ft Myers and south of Venice. Our 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo that overlooks a peaceful canal has good fishing and we've even seen a manatee in it. We have one of the largest heated outdoor pools in the area.
It is across the street from the Punta Gorda nature center - where I like to take walks or jog the trails. Ponce Leon Park is a 3 minute drive - it has a animal rescue center with birds on the mend. The park has a playground with a sandy beach-like area and a GREAT view of the sunset over the water. Locals bring a cocktail and toast the end of another day in paradise.
There is plenty of shopping in the area from malls (about a 20 minute drive), walmart, large grocery store and Fishernman's Village only a 5 minutes drive.

About the owner: Hi My name is Becky and I live in Colorado. I have rented this condo since 2004 and stay here myself with family over the Christmas holiday - I love it! My sister and mother also have a ground floor unit in the other building just steps from the pool.

It's a great quiet location close to beaches and great golf! This unit has a wonderful view down onto the canal. Great pool and quiet lets you feel it's your private paradise.
