This vacation rental home is a large, spacious arizona style home with all of the amenities for comfortable living! It is very clean and well maintained with new furniture on the inside. Then you go onto the terra cotta patio and enjoy a sparkling clean private pool and hot tub overlooking a beautiful lake. A walk around the lake is the perfect way to begin or end your day. The neighborhood is quiet and safe with very friendly people. The price was unbelievable for this great getaway home and we would recommend it to anyone that wants a relaxing vacation.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

Perfect spot for a vacation! Upon arrival its clear to see the house is spacious and on a corner lot right on the lake. Inside it has alot of original character but with new and contemporary furniture, making it comfortable and livable. From waking up in the morning to going to bed at night, theres so much to do! We relaxed all day, took a dip in the pool, and had delicious bbq's. In the night we could sit under the stars and enjoy the spa which was amazing and soothing. Looking at the stars and enjoy quiet and privacy- complete peace. Also theres a jogging path for runs or walks. We made delicious margaritas and enjoyed bacon and eggs in the morning. I already miss waking up to sun streaming in.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

This house has the best lot on the lake and is very spacious but it is not in very good condition. The walls and woodwork need painting. The kitchen was lacking utensils and pots and pans. If it wasn't for the great views I would give this house a Fair rating.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

About the owner: We are a family of 4, who enjoy travelling and enjoy places with warm weather and sunshine given that we live in a colder climate. We enjoy hiking, ball and hockey games. Our daughters enjoy trying new activities such as sky diving and paragliding. We enjoy down time from an otherwise busy schedule of school and work.
Why the Owner Chose Goodyear:
We have enjoyed many vacations to Arizona over the years. Our parents have also vacationed in Arizona over the winter months on a regular basis. We chose this community due to its proximity to several sports venues, regional parks while still being close to larger centers. We enjoy the tranquilty of our home experienced from the view of the lake found in our back yard and home. We also enjoy walking around the lakes, playing tennis and seeing a variety of birds all year round (i.e. humming birds).
The Unique Benefits at this House:
We enjoy a walk around the lake after our morning coffee by the pool and gazing at the lake and mountains. We also enjoy the convience of having a Safeway close by to get needed items for a barbeque in the back yard. Family dinners in the dining room are a nice way to wind down the day after hiking or swimming. On cooler evenings we enjoy looking at the stars and lake from the spa.
