Dining room with seating for 8-10 is perfect for gatherings and fun dinners after a day on the water or surfing the waves at the beach. One full bath, one full bath with shower, one half bath and outdoor shower. Gas grill, outdoor dining set and bay front Adirondack chairs. Back yard is fully fenced in for small children or small pets (upon request and approval).

This wonderful cottage, built and owned by the same family since 1920 and designed by their Great Grandmother is the perfect location for a family vacation. Located on the bay and two blocks from the Life guarded beach on Downer street, the kids and adults can enjoy boating, ocean waves and bay breezes while winding down watching the sunset over Barnegat Bay. Shopping, restaurants, bakeries and bars are a short drive north (close enough to go by bike) and south.
