  This is a great home! It has a great coastal feel and is very cozy and clean. The house feels new with stainless appliances in the kitchen, a mounted flat screen in the living room, clean bedding, etc. We were pleasantly surprised with how well-stocked the kitchen was with pots, pans, etc. The owner clearly takes good care of this property! The location of the house is perfect - walking distance to Easton's Beach and the local restaurants and shops (Flo's Clam Shack, Empire Coffee & Tea, the liquor store, etc.). The Cliff Walk entrance is down the beach and downtown Newport is a quick 10-minute drive. The owner of the home was very nice helpful leading up to our stay and even during our stay. We had an amazing time!!! Will definitely be back!

  We stayed for 2 months in this very well maintained and well equipped property. Perfectly located within walking distance to 1st Beach and the start/end of the breathtaking Cliff Walk! Nice and quiet area close enough to the beach, bars and nice restaurants. A bright, contemporary home away from home! The owners couldn't have been more accommodating and they made every effort to make us feel at home. You won't be dissapointed!

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

  We rented this unit for three nights for our son's wedding in Newport. We were pleased to find that the condo was completely updated with top of the line appliances, comfortable attractive furnishings, and very comfortable beds with quality bed linens. It was also well stocked with a variety of household items and was impeccable. The unit is just a short walk to the beach and several restaurants. It's proximity to the Newport attractions was perfect. There is a great view of the ocean and the cliff walk mansions from the second floor deck. We had another couple sharing the unit with us and because the unit has such a great layout there was plenty of room to spread out and also to have our private space. The owners were very helpful and easy to reach. We have a vacation home in northern New England but enjoyed our stay so much we plan to rent this condo again to enjoy all that Newport has to offer.

  We loved, loved, loved this house. From the moment we entered and saw the lovely decor (the photos/description provided are absolutely accurate) and felt the wonderful beds, we knew we had made right decision. We spent an entire week and were completely satisfied. The house itself is beautiful and fully stocked with everything you could want/need on a vacation. The location is excellent, especially if you have kids. It's an easy 2-minute walk to the beach, and a 5-minute drive to shopping. We bike rode alot and spend our days at all of the local beaches, all of which were within a 10-minute drive. The house is also 5 minutes away from Newport, where we went on many occasions. Stone Towers is really an ideal home for anyone looking to enjoy Newport, without the hassle and crowds of being downtown. The owners are extremely responsive and accommodating, and have gone above and beyond to create a warm, welcoming, easy environment for their renters. We have already started thinking about renting the house again for next year.

  The townhouse was just perfect for our family of 5 - beautifully decorated and new., with all the amenities you could want. The area had something for everyone - I loved being able to walk to the beach, my husband loved bike riding all over the area, and the 3 boys (16, 18 and 20) were able to go out in Newport at night. We will definitely stay here again! Only 2 drawbacks: Limit of 2 parking spaces and no large, outdoor gathering spot for eating and guests.

  I have zero complaints about my stay here. We were in town for a wedding at Easton's Beach Rotunda and were able to walk to and from the wedding, I think we used the car once to go to the grocery store. The house was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, very bright and beachy. A very short walk to 1st beach, and we also walked to 2nd beach, a bit further of a trek, but still walkable. Downtown Newport, primarily during the summer season can really get packed with tourists, it was so nice to be right outside, still so close to it all, but it felt like a world away with the serene beach setting. ALSO I have to say I was weary of the murphy bed, boy was I wrong, I think it may be a memory foam mattress, very comfortable & spacious, don't be fooled! Mike, the owner was so pleasant and accommodating, we will definitely be returning!

  My girlfriends and I planned our yearly reunion trip at Easton's Point. We arrived to a spotless town home, immaculately decorated and very cozy. It was truly the best place for a girls' weekend. We were able to walk to First Beach easily, and we ran to the Cliff Walk every morning. I wold highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a great getaway! We hope to return next year!

  Great house!!! Clean and had top of the line appliances, TV's etc... Great separate downstairs area for the teenage boys to watch their sports and not bother the adults. Walked to town and beach and only a short drive to Newport. The only downside was the house being built in front of the condo which is now blocking the water and cliff views.

  Owner response: I am pleased to hear that this guest stay was so enjoyable. We have had 100% success in a satisfactory guest experiences. The house being built on the next parcel is larger than the one that originally existed but only modifies some of the views of the Cliff Walk.

  I recently rented this property for 3 couples for a Newport wedding- we're so glad we did! The house was immaculate, the kitchen was exactly what we needed for making meals throughout the weekend, and the location can't be beaten- being able to walk to 1st beach was awesome! We really look forward to staying here again!
