Two-storey house with independent entrances, 03 upper floor and three ground floor suites, living rooms and fitted kitchens. Air conditioning, box-type beds, linens provided 01 set per rental. Second layette charged the laundry (300.00 the layette), TVs in bedrooms and living rooms, kitchenware. All rooms with 01 queen and 01 single box. Garage for 05 cars, entrance gate. Beautiful upper sea view balcony and lower deck with covered wooden deck. Freshwater shower off the beach. 3x6 meter white fiber pool by the sea, masonry barbecue by the sea. Security safe with electronic password in two suites.

Excelente

Estive hospedada no período de 14/02 a 21/02/2018. A casa é cheia de boas energias, superou a minha expectativa. Super indico! O proprietário é muito cortês e de fácil negociação. O caseiro e a cozinheira/ arrumadeira são muito atenciosos e prestativos. Local de estadia sem defeito, pretendo voltar a me hospedar em breve.

Local aprazível. Manutenção e equipamentos incompatíveis com o custo.

Os benefícios no geral, não compensaram o valor pago. As coberturas de palha, sem a manutenção/troca necessária, proporcionou debandadas urgentes dos respectivos ambientes quando chovia, tendo ocorrido por diversas vezes. Perdas de produtos ao serem molhados nos ambientes cobertos por piaçava. Circulação de baratas e até rato, no interior do imóvel, por falta de dedetização/desratização regular. O caseiro, colocava produto para matar/afastar os insetos, quando era informado. Há um imóvel vizinho com área física grande, que encontra-se abandonado e o tratamento para evitar as pragas é inadequado. O fogão utilizado, localizado na cozinha do térreo é velho, tem queimadores que estão prejudicados, assim como o forno. As geladeiras são obsoletas e necessitam de degelo a moda antiga, além da borracha de vedação estar comprometida. A faxineira, cozinheira, esposa do caseiro é muito esforçada. A contratação dos seus préstimos é compulsória e faz parte do contrato. Reside em casa situada no terreno e não cumpriu com o combinado. A todo instante se ausentava. Para piorar, recebeu visita de amigos, em número de 5 pessoas, por 9 dias, autorizada pelo locador, segundo ela, me obrigando a diversas vezes ter que ir chama-la para cumprir as obrigações para comigo. Talvez eu tenha pago o consumo de energia elétrica das visitas do casal de caseiros, pois desconheço se os medidores são separados. O local é muito bom, os utensílios satisfazem. Faltou uma torradeira e cafeteira elétrica. Apenas duas suítes contam com ar condicionado split. O sinal da internet, cai a todo momento. Para poder melhorar o meu conceito e recomendar este imóvel, há necessidade de melhorar a gestão do mesmo.

Casa linda, super confortável, área de lazer ótima para curtir com os amigos ou familiares. Lugar perfeito para crianças. Quartos Amplos e confortáveis. A estrutura da casa em perfeitas condições e super charmosa, sem falar à vista maravilhosa para o mar!!!

Tivemos uma excelente estadia na casa, tudo muito limpo e exatamente igual ao que esta descrito! Ficamos maravilhados com toda a estrutura da casa e paisagem. Toda estrutura da casa estava funcionando perfeitamente, casa arejada, decoração de muito bom gosto, cozinha toda equipada. Casa super recomendada para famílias e excelente também pra crianças. Com certeza, vou retornar a casa em breve.
