The unit sleeps six and is ideal for a couple or small family. There is a queen-sized bed in the one bedroom, pull-out queen-sized sofa in the living room, and built-in bunks that are great for kids.
There is also a fully remodeled kitchen area, dishwasher, washer, and dryer. The living room and bedroom each have cable TV and a DVD. The unit has recently been upgraded with new carpet and paint in the bedroom, paint in the entry and bathroom and new flooring and vanity in the bathroom.

We chose to buy this condo because of it's amazing location. Not only is the view from the balcony gorgeous, the ocean and pools right there, but everything you could possibly want while on vacation is right across the street or within a short walking distance.

we left early. The owner is very helpful and great to work with. The updates are well, not that updated. It was tired looking, we thankfully brought our own sheets and blankets to use over everything. It was not cleaned well, the furnishings are old and painted recently but over wallpaper so looks blah...a pretty brighter color, a new sofa, better mattresses and nicer linens and this would be a great rental. Beach was gorgeous. Pool sufficient if..............guys weren't in it all day and night drinking beer. Kitchen re-done but very limited...2 burners, hardly any cooking utensils and not enough silverware to use without washing it for each meal. Would not recommend unless you are looking for the BASICS at the beach.

We have rented this condo for years two or three times per yr. It's wonderful!
Recommended for:Sightseeing, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

This is the 2nd time within a few months that we have rented this villa because we really enjoy it. It is very comfy& well-equipped (even has chair & floats to use!). The owner is wonderful to work with, very helpful and accomodating. Close by to Coligny Plaza for restaurants and supplies. We highly recommend this villa to others. We use it as a quick couple getaway & always have a great stay.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, romantic getaway.
