Each bedroom is furnished with beautiful furniture, new mattresses, (protective mattress covers), and linens. There is a master bed with a king size bed, 2 bedrooms with queen size beds, and 2 rooms with bunks and trundles.
The first floor features a family room with an oversized couch great for movie night, fireplace, pool table, bar w/beverage center 3 bedrooms and three bathrooms. One of the bedrooms includes two trundle beds, wall mount tv with dvd/cable/game station. The perfect "Bunk Room" for kids. Just a few steps outside you will get to enjoy an 8 person hot tub (maintained weekly) under the stars and surrounded by evergreens and aspens. There is a large fire pit perfect for roasting marshmallows and hotdogs. The laundry room features a sink, and two sets of full size washers and dryers.
The second floor boast floor to ceiling windows with views of the lake, mountains, and nature. You can even see Keystone Ski resort from the balcony. The kitchen, living room, and dining room are open concept. The kitchen features a large island with 8 barstools and plenty of counter space for prep and cooking. There are 2 dishwashers for quick and efficient clean up, 2 sinks, gas range, microwave, and fridge with ice and water. The cabinets are stocked with service for 18, loads of pots and pans, crock pots, roasting pans, waffle maker, coffee maker, blender, griddle and more. The dining table is custom made featuring Rocky Mountain Beetle Killed Pine. It seats 18 comfortably. The living room offers an oversized leather sofa, gas stone fireplace, tv/cable and incredible views. There are two bedrooms on the second floor. The master suite with a king bed, sitting area, and private bath featuring two sinks. The second bedroom on the second floor has one bunk bed and one trundle bed. There is also a full bath on the second floor. The balcony extends the whole back of the home offering amazing lake and mountain fews. Three sliding glass doors open to the balcony allow indoor/outdoor living. Dining seating for 18 is available outside as well as lounge chairs, and cushioned patio furniture.
All bedrooms are equipped with tv/cable, alarm clocks with docking stations, and new linens.

My siblings and I spent the long Columbus day weekend in this beautiful and perfectly appointed home. It was relaxed, comfortable and spacious. You'll want for nothing in the well equipped kitchen. Beautiful dishes, top of the line pots and pans and every gadget imaginable! The setting is perfect, great lake views and yet only mionutes to groceries, gas and shopping! I'm sure this will be an annual family destination! What a fabulous home this is! Myself and some friends enjoyed a weekend here and had an unbelievable time. We would recommend that anyone looking to get away and vacation in the Dillon area stay here!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We traveled to Dillon for our 40th anniversary. Our family of 7more adults and 2 toddlers quickly made ousevles comfortable in this spacious home. W made full use of the well stocked kitchen and the grill on the deck as we had almost all our meals there. We came to golf, shop, sight see and relax, and the hoiuse was an ideal location for all of that. We also enjoyed the pool table, basketball hoop and hot tub. We really weren't ready to come back to the hot midwest. I would love to go back!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

When I rent a place for vacation I want it to be equal or better than my home. We had a group of 10 and we were all astounded by this home! It was huge, comfortable and gorgeous throughout! I love to cook and the kitchen was stocked like my own, every pan or utensil I needed was there - that is something I rarely find in a rental. Plenty of wine glasses for a wine collector like myself. The dining table is the biggest I have seen and was perfect for all of and our visiting guests. Everyone commented on how they didn't feel crowded or on top of eachother - there was plenty of space for personal "downtime" . All the bedrooms and bathrooms are tastefully decorated with plenty of space. The mattresses are really comfortable, just like they are described - a rarity in rentals! Of course, being the organizer I got the Master bedroom which was very spacious and beautiful. There are two great sofa/conversation areas that our group loved - although the downstairs probably was used a bit more due to the pool table! We can get a bit competitive! We used the jacuzzi daily because we had been skiing - it was very clean and didn't have that awful chemical smell you sometimes get in rentals. Oh, and the skiing - let me just say for us, the location was ideal. We skied Keystone, Breckenridge and even Vail which was only a 40 minute drive. (I had never skied there and was dying to go!) We had a blast and the group agreed - we will be back - maybe this summer! We can't wait to return!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

My family and I arrived at this amazing ski home and had the time of our lives. Well appointed with everything you could want or need for a perfect vacation. Cannot wait to go back next year and maybe sooner. I would love to spend some Summer weeks here as well. What a fabulous experience! Staying in your home is like staying at a 5 star resort. You have done an amazing job of accomodating every need that a guest could possibly have. The location is excellent. We loved the flexibility of skiing so many resorts and the ease of getting to them. It was so much better than staying at a "resort". I hadn't experienced night skiing in many years so we went to Keystone for an evening. What a difference between day and night. So much fun. The next day we decided to explore the mountains a bit and did a great snowshoeing trip complete with picnic lunch. We did that on the hiking trails around Frisco. So much to do besides skiing- and such a wonderful house to kick back and relax in. Totally enjoyed the hot tub and the family played a lot of pool. I liked the fact that I could find plenty off quiet corners to curl up with a book and spend alone time. Your house has something for everyone. Definitely want to come back for a summer holiday to enjoy those magical mountain days and Lake Dillon. I'm putting the word out to all of my friends in Costa Rica- believe it or not, we have a lot of skiers here that take annual trips. My thanks to you for providing all the amenities for a wonderful holiday.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We recently stayed at this home for our ski vacation. The home is set up very well for large groups. We had 12 people in our group and had plenty of space. There are two sets of washer/dryer and two dishwashers. The wide open floor plan is great for entertaining a large group. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need and has a large island with 8 bar stools. There is a custom made table that will seat 18 so you can sit together for your meals. The home is newly remodeled and everything is new and very tastefully decorated. The bathrooms all newly modeled and were well stocked with towels, soap, hairdryer -- everything you need. The entry way is nice and large -- plenty of space to keep your ski boots. The two family room areas (one with a pool table for fun!!) give you plenty of room to relax. Each family room has a gas fireplace. It has a large hot tub which is great after a long day of skiing. Each bedroom has its own TV. There is a great bunk room that has a TV and gaming system that is entertaining for kids. The home is in a great location, easy to get to and has great access to everything in summit county for ski resorts, restaurants and shopping. The owners are great to work with also. We would highly recommend this home if you are looking for someplace to stay in Summit County !! It was a wonderful home and we really enjoyed staying here.Did you find this review helpful? Cancellation policy:
Terms of the Agreement: ??1. The Landlord have the right to inspect the premises without prior notice at any time to enforce the terms of this agreement. Should the Tenants violate any of the terms of this agreement, the rental period shall be terminated immediately. The Tenants waive all rights to process if they fail to vacate the premises upon termination of the rental period. The Tenants shall vacate the premises at the expiration time and date of this agreement.? 2. There is no private phone service in home. Calls must be made by personal cell phone 3. The Tenants shall maintain the premises in a good, clean, and ready to rent condition, and use the premises only in a careful and lawful manner. The tenants shall leave the premises in a ready to rent condition at the expiration of the rental agreement, defined by the Landlord as being immediately habitable by the next tenants. Tenants shall pay for maintenance and repairs should the premises be left in a lesser condition. The tenants agree that the Landlord shall deduct costs of said services from the security deposit prior to refund if tenants cause damage to the premises or its furnishings. ?4. The Tenants shall dispose of all waste material generated during the rental period in a lawful manner and put the trash in the garage during their stay . Monday is pick up early morning. Tenant is cautioned not to leave trash outside for long periods of time because it attracts animals. ?5. The Tenants shall pay for any damage done to the premises over and above normal wear and tear. ?6. No animals or pets of any kind will be brought onto the premises. ?7. The Tenants shall not sublet the property. ?8. The Tenants shall have no more than _______ (________) persons reside or sleep on the premises. The Tenants shall behave in a civilized manner and shall be good neighbors respecting the rights of the surrounding property owners. The Tenants shall not create noise or disturbances likely to disturb or annoy the surrounding property owners. Creating a disturbance of the above nature shall be grounds for immediate termination of this agreement and Tenants shall then immediately vacate the premises. ? 10. There shall be no smoking inside the premises. Landlord shall provide towels, linens, cups, knives, forks, spoons, dishes, and other items as commonly used as well as Toilet paper, soap, dish detergent, and laundry soap. 13. The Tenants and Tenants' Guests shall hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Landlord against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss arising from use of the premises regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss. Tenants expressly recognize that any insurance for property damage or loss which the Landlord may maintain on the property does not cover the personal property of Tenants, and that Tenants should purchase their own insurance for Tenants and Guests if such coverage is desired. ?14. Rental Deposit amount is fully refundable up to 6 (six) weeks prior to the beginning of the rental period. After six weeks prior to the rental period the Landlord shall have the right to retain the initial Rental Deposit at the Landlord' discretion. ?15. Tenants agree to pay all reasonable costs, attorney's fees and expenses that shall be made or incurred by Landlord enforcing this agreement. ?16. Tenants expressly acknowledge and agree that this Agreement is for transient occupancy of the Property, and that Tenants do not intend to make the property a residence or household. 17. We occasionally experience outages that are beyond our control. We report outages as each occurs. No refunds or compensation will be given for any outages. 18. There shall be no refunds of rents due to shortened stays or ruined expectations because of weather conditions. 19. If the property should go on the MARKET FOR SALE, it may be shown to qualified buyers during the Tenants’ stay. Every effort will be made to schedule the showing at a convenient time and not interrupt the Tenant’s vacation. Tenant shall allow reasonable viewings of the home between 9 am and 8 PM present or not. 20. There shall be no refunds of rents because of shortened stays or ruined expectations due to work and family emergencies or other commitments. 21. It is the tenant’s responsibility to learn about safety precautions, warning signs of water conditions, and safety procedures concerning swimming in or being around the hot tub. Tenant agrees to have a responsible adult supervising minors while they are in hot tub. Tenant is hereby notified that the hot tub can be dangerous and tenant accepts fully the risks involved. Tenant is further notified to be cautious when exiting the hot tub during winter, ice can build up and the area can be slippery. . There are no lock on the hot tub to keep minors out, adults must supervise. 22. Only legally owned and permitted firearms shall be allowed on the premises according to State and local laws. 23. Tenant agrees that Fireworks and other hazardous materials shall not be used in or around the property. 24. Tenant shall use the property for legal purposes only and other use, such as but not limited to, illegal drug use, abuse of any person, harboring fugitives, etc. ; shall cause termination of this agreement with no refund of rents or deposits. 25. Tenant agrees not to access the “owner’s closet”, even if unlocked, which contains cleaning supplies and chemicals that could be hazardous to children and adults. The owners closet is located just inside the main front entry way. 26. Tenant is advised that the property contains a gas stove, gas grill, and other gas powered items and will seek help from management if the proper operation of such items is not fully understood. 27. The property has a fire extinguisher installed near the kitchen area. The fire extinguisher was fully charged at last inspection. It is the duty of the tenant to inform management immediately should the fire extinguisher become less than fully charged. Tenant agrees to use the fire extinguisher only for true emergencies. 28. The property has fire alarms installed and they are believed to function properly at the time of rental. Tenant will notify management without delay if a fire alarm “chirps” or has a low battery condition. 29. Tenant is advised that there is carbon monoxide detector on the property and will inform management of any “chirps” or low battery conditions . 30. Tenant shall see to their own security while in the property by locking doors, windows, garage doors, etc. when it’s prudent to do so. 31. Valuable items left behind by tenant will be held for the tenant and every reasonable effort will be made to contact the tenant for return. If items are not claimed for longer than 6 months they shall become the property of the Landlord. The Landlord shall not be help liable for condition of said items. 32. Cable TV is provided and service level has been chosen by the Landlord. No refund of rents shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, or personal preferences with regard to cable TV service. High speed wireless internet is provided as a convenience only and is not integral to the agreement. No refund of rents shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems, lack of knowledge of use, or personal preferences with regard to internet service. 34. Tenant agrees that Air conditioning shall not be set below 75 degrees and heat shall not be set above 78, and that the fan setting shall be “Auto”. Doors and windows shall be closed when either heat or air conditioning is in operation.
