Located in the Recoleta neighborhood—considered to be the most elegant and upscale area of Buenos Aires — this ultra luxury apartment is located in the best area of Buenos Aires. It is within blocks of the Alvear Palace Hotel and Avenida Alvear. This area is representative of Beverly Hills’ Rodeo Drive. It is very spacious with over 1,325 sq. feet (125 sq. meters). The apartment has its own private entryway off the elevator for maximum privacy and the apartment occupies the entire floor of the building. It is located on one of the highest floors of the building so it has plenty of natural sunlight. There is also a separate service entrance as well.
The apartment has been completely renovated and is a 5 star property. It has a balcony off the living room. It is a perfect alternative for those that do not want to be cramped in a smaller hotel room or apartment. No expense was spared renovating and furnishing this apartment.
The apartment has two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a King size bed. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed. There is a totally renovated master bathroom. It also has another renovated full bathroom that is luxurious with Carrera marble throughout. The kitchen is a chef’s delight and has also been completely renovated with high end materials including marble countertops. The kitchen is furnished with everything you would find in your home.
The property features high-speed Internet access and also Wi-Fi wireless internet is available throughout the apartment. The apartment features a dedicated high speed connection in one of the bedrooms and also another dedicated high speed line in the bar area near the kitchen.
This apartment is perfect for a longer term stay in Buenos Aires or pampering yourself for just a few short nights. Our company owns or manages several apartments in the area if you are coming with family or friends and all want to stay in the same area.
This was one of the most expensive renovations in our company's history. The amount spent on renovating and furnishing this apartment alone is more than the cost to purchase some apartments here in Buenos Aires.

Great location, very helpful rental company, and a beautiful apartment. We were two couples and the place allowed us all privacy and great common areas. Luxury kitchen if you cook (which we didn't, much) but the neighborhood has plenty of nearby shops, bakeries, cafes and stores. Next time I'm going to Ba I'll try to rent the same place.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

Service - from first website contact, through reservation, payment, reception, check-in, during stay, to last contact, was impeccable, prompt courteous and prompt. Even after we left, we realized we'd left something behind, so someone from ApartmentsBA retrieved it for us and mailed it to us in the States. The apartment - is large, tasteful, comfortable. Sitting around was like sitting at home. The art work interesting, the beds comfortable, three flat screen TVs, complete computer hookup, even a local cell phone provided. All the creature comforts you could want ... and more than some might have in their own home! Knowing Buenos Aires as I do, I picked this location because of what it has to offer. A typical Buenos Aires neighborhood not far from the microcentro and not in the too quiet areas like Palermo. Well located - 5 blocks from the Alvear Palace Hotel (as a point of reference) and the Recoleta and within walking distance of so many places, from local restaurants to high priced ones, galleries, shopping malls, etc. Supermarkets, pharmacies, cafes, all within a block or two. We loved the whole experience ... and can't really find anything to say that comes close to being negative about the entire experience ... as a result of which, we are returning to the same apartment for two weeks in August! Buenos Aires me encanta!Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

I've been staying in apartments vs. hotels for the past several years and this is one of the best. First, the apartment is magnificent. Recently renovated, apparently no expenses were spared. A modern kitchen, upscale furnishings and most importantly - very comfortable beds! It's in a great part of the city and although on a busy street, you can't hear any street noise from the 9th floor location(with windows and doors closed). Easy walk, to the Recoleta Cemetery, Alvear Palace Hotel(wonderful Sunday brunch)and fantastic shopping. I highly recommend this property. Rivals any 5 star hotel.Did you find this review helpful? I have rented from ApartmentsBA.com before and went back to their site to find a place for my last visit. They found me the apartment listed here, we made the arrangements, they had a driver pick me up at the airport, as always the service was excellent. The apartment was stunning and the location is extremely convenient. It's located just blocks away from very high end hotels like the Alvear and Grand Hyatt. The finish if the apartment is very high end with wonderful beds, plush linens & towels, wifi internet access, a big flat screen TV and cable TV with channels in English. It was a great home away from home and a trip I will remember forever. This is a VERY high end apartment and should be fitting for even the most discerning clients. The kitchen was outfitted with everything you need to cook a wonderful dinner but we dined out each night, it is Buenos Aires after all.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0
