Year Purchased: 1995
About the owner: I spent a total of 23 years in the military and then was in the resturant business for 6 years befor entering into my real career as a realtor. I worked in real estate until 2000 and then moved to San Jose del Cabo, where I started a property management co. I also retained my real estae licence and am presently active in both sales and management. With my back ground I am very people oriented and am able to deal and handle any pronlems or situations that may arrise while on vacation. My door is always open for the guests that have questions on vacation rentals or activities.
Why the Owner Chose Club La Costa:
I chose to buy in San Jose del Cabo in 1995 because it was a dream of mine to retire in a safe, friendly and warm climate. The proxsimity of San Jose from Victoria B.C. was a easy flight and made travel easy. The people here are very friendly and english is spoken in most places.
