Pelican Isle, an oceanfront complex located on Okaloosa Island, on the western edge of Destin, opened in January of 2003, is a state-of-the-art condominium resort offering such features as Gulf front pool that is seasonally heated, Gulf front spa, Gulf front park-like grassy area with plenty of room for children to play and tables and chairs for relaxing, BBQ area, fitness center and plenty of parking (even for over-sized vehicles). Restaurants, shopping, entertainment, golf, boating, sailing, snorkeling, fishing and a host of other vacation activities are all within a few minutes of the property.
Unbelievable views await you on the GULF FRONT balcony of this newly remodeled unit that has been professionally decorated to include new tile, new paint, new flat screens, etc. AND the view to the north of the intercoastal waterway is lovely as well. While drinking coffee in the morning or sipping on a glass of wine in the evening, you will be able to enjoy the tranquility of our beaches. From the beautiful sunrises and sunsets to the dolphins splashing around, you will not regret your stay with us. There is absolutely nothing between you and the beach, so go ahead……jump in the beautiful water or just relax on the sand.
This unit was professionally decorated and features new paint, tile, televisions for bunks and much more. This unit definitely says “relax” when you walk in. The condominium has a large living room that provides ample seating, as well as a sleeper sofa and amazing gulf views. The fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar can handle intimate dinners or an evening gathering with friends. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and has a private bathroom. Additionally, there is a bunk alcove in the hallway, with another full bath, allowing this unit to sleep up to six. We have provided two TVs, a DVD/VCR player, and a washer/dryer for enjoyment and convenience of our guests.
For those who cannot leave work at home, there is a high speed internet connection in your condominium as well. This unit is a smoke-free and pet free unit and for convenience and safety, we use a web based door key system with electronic codes. In the unit, you will also find that we provide 2 chairs and an umbrella for you to use during your stay.

Okaloosa Island has been voted a top vacation spot for many years, as you get many wonderful restaurants, plenty of shopping, miniature golf, convenient grocery store locations, lots of water sports and you get all of this without the Destin traffic. However, if the outlet mall in Destin is calling your name, it’s just a short 20 minute drive. For deep sea fishing trips, just seven miles away on the other side of the Destin bridge, you will find the “luckiest fishing village” which offers dozens of options for half day and full day trips.
Our local airport (VPS) is extremely convenient to Pelican Isle and is serviced by Delta, ASA, American Eagle and Vision Airlines. For those who prefer not to drive around, there is a local shuttle servicing Fort Walton, Okaloosa Island and Destin. The shuttle makes convenient stops at shopping destinations, a variety of restaurants and the Emerald Coast Convention Center.

This condo was perfect for our family of four. Very clean, well appointed and the owner/manager was extremely easy to work with. We would love to stay in this condo again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

From $750-1455 per week ALL INCLUSIVE PRICE. 3 night minimum Rates INCLUDE Tax, Cleaning Fee, Processing and Beach Service All rentals must fall within a Saturday to Saturday time frame in peak season $500 is due when making reservation.
