Located right on 4 O’clock run and just a bit up 4 O’clock road, tyra summit is the perfect location for every level of ski enthusiast looking for an updated condo with pool and hot tub on the ski slopes. You are, quite literally, a few steps away from slapping on your boards and enjoying what Breckenridge is famous for, skiing. The exterior of the building is freshly remodeled with natural mountain tones and stone accents providing a perfect gateway to your vacation. Tyra summit offers guests underground parking, an indoor pool, hot tubs, and clubhouse.
Inside the condo is a roomy and open layout that will accommodate six people comfortably in two bedrooms. There is a large foyer for de gearing leading to the huge living room. In the living room you will find cozy couches surrounding a warm fireplace and large flat screen TV. Just off the living room is the dining area with plenty of seating for the whole family. The kitchen is updated with log accents and granite counters and is fully stocked with everything you will need to prepare all your meals. The master bedroom is open and roomy with a cozy queen bed. The second bedroom is large and inviting offering two twin beds for multiple sleeping arrangements. The condo is located on the second level with an elevator making access easy for everyone and has a large rear deck overlooking the ski run for quality après ski relaxing.

About: We call Sydney, Austraila home for most of the year, and love to travel the US. After looking to purchase a condo in many areas, we decided on Breckenridge, and we sure did make the right decision. Summer is our favorite time, as avid cyclists, we love the expansive network of trails and paths. However, there is no better area to ski and ride than summit county! We hope you have no worries in our condo, g-day!
Why Tyra Summit:
We chose tyra because of the space inside the condo. Though a 2br condo, it has tons of room. Tyra is a great building with underground parking, an indoor pool, and right on 4'oclock run!
