Just walk out the back slider and down 8 steps and you're on Four O'clock run, skiing down to your first lift of the day. It's easy to stop in for lunch to this sweet condo even in the middle of an amazing powder day. This is a comfortable, cozy and convenient setting for winter or summer. You can walk down the hill into town or enjoy the view from the patio to the top of the mountain.
The master bedroom with a king-sized bed, has its own full bathroom. The second bedroom, next door, has a cushy queen with the second bathroom right across the hall. Both bedrooms have their own TV. There is a pull out sofa and a fold out love seat to sleep up to 3 more.
The kitchen is perfect for cooking for the whole crew; modern and full of all the conveniences. We've served dinner for 14 here. The beautiful granite counter makes breakfast quick and easy. There is a washer and dryer stack in the unit. Wireless internet and cable, of course. Big, wall mounted flat screen TV in the warm welcoming living room area. Plenty of books and puzzles and board games for the family.
The management company has a readily available shuttle bus and is always there for any other questions.

Why the Owner Chose Tyra Summit:
We couldn't resist the ease of this REAL ski in-ski out location. We bought it from my sister who needed a bigger place in Breck because she gets so much company. Breckenridge is a cool little town and you can walk right into the heart of it from this place, even in winter. (The local free bus system is great too)
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
The best ski in-ski out here. It's so easy. Our kitchen is really well stocked with appliances, utensils and cookware than most because we love cooking. Since the grocery store in town carries a large variety, we find it easy to share the cooking duties and have very relaxed, economical and delicious evenings at home.
