Very nice, immaculately clean 3-bed, 1.5 bath townhouse, in a great central location to North Conway! Quiet side street right off Rt. 16 central to all the area ski resorts. View of Mt. Washington from rear 2nd floor balcony. First floor has full size kitchen & dining area, living room w. a beautiful wood burning fireplace (wood is provided), queen sleep sofa, half bath, and an Equator washer/dryer. On the second level you'll find all 3 bedrooms and the full bath. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds (one w. a private balcony w. amazing mountain views), and the third has a bunk bed, w. a trundle bed as well (3 twins total). Wi-fi, cable, LCD TV's and dvd with tons of movies. Hike down to Saco River at rear edge of property, or enjoy the cross country ski trails on property in winter. Enjoy everything the area has to offer including close proximity to shopping, dining, and all other Mt. Washington Valley attractions.

About the owner: I work in Property and Hotel Management in Boston and live on Boston's North Shore. My profession has taught me to be responsive to the concerns and needs common to the hospitality industry, so making sure you enjoy your vacation is one of my biggest priorities. I am happy to provide all kinds of information and referrals to add value to your stay in North Conway.
Why the Owner Chose Bartlett:
North Conway is considered the outdoor capital of New England. Regardless of the season you choose for your vacation, there is plenty to see and do around North Conway. There is nowhere better in New England for the mix of skiing, hiking, canoeing, kayaking, shopping, sightseeing (foilage), wildlife viewing or anything else you can imagine. And of course Storyland is 5 minutes away, and Santa's Village about 35 minutes away. Our condo is in a great, very convenient location just north of North Conway right off of Route 16 - our views are so nice we the scenic outlook is located right next to the property! All of the major ski areas (Attitash, Wildcat, Black, Cranmore) are no more than a few minutes away, and Bretton Woods and Loon Mountain are about 30 minutes. The condo propery includes 50 acres that stretch down to the Saco River, and has cross country ski trails right on it.

While our condo is out of the congested center of North Conway, it is only a 5 minute drive with easy access to via back roads. A short walk across the road to the country store or to Subway. Sit on the bedroom balcony and enjoy the beautiful clear morning views of Mount Washington and the ledges. Enjoy a romantic fire in our beautiful two sided fireplace with wood provided!
