Cave Creek Getaway is a lovely, 2350 square foot home. It's located at the end of a quiet street in the popular Tatum Highlands Ranch Area. This home has it all, heated pool, small putting green, views of the mountains, hot air balloons that you can watch from the top balcony, desert walking area, horseback riding, and shopping,spring baseball training, are all close by.
Our Non-Smoking home is fully furnished with three queen beds and one king in the master suite. The master suite also has a garden tub and a balcony which offers a spectacular view of sunsets, sunrises, mountains, and hot air balloons. The den offers a queen sofabed, Internet access.
The downstairs area is very open. The spacious kitchen is fully-equipped and ready for you to prepare meals. We have three dining areas: the kitchen, the formal dinning room which even has china for special occasions, or you may also choose to eat outdoors on the verandah. There you can barbecue and play in the pool. The verandah has been gated off from the pool area for the safety of pets and small children.
You may choose to sit on the verandah after a hard day of golfing, hiking, shopping, or whatever you've been up to. There you can enjoy the sunset or do a little putting or chipping on the green or jump in the pool! It's your vacation and we just want to help make it great by offering you our home to enjoy!

Rate Details (In USA Dollars)
Nov 01-Apr 30 .. $1800/week.
May 01-Oct 31 .. $1300/week.
We do charge extra for heating the pool in the winter ($225/week).
We also have a Cleaning Deposit of $600.00.This is refunded once home has been
inspected for damages. There's also a $100 cleaning fee.
Pet deposit will apply if pet is OK!
Any parties over 8 will be charged $50 per person
