Our family enjoyed our stay here at Disney Dreams. When traveling with 4 kids, it is much better to have a full house to stay in rather than staying in a hotel. The house was "very clean and provided nice necessities. The location was perfect for us, close to Disney and close to our convention location. The kids thought the Mickey bedroom and bathroom were super cool. What I like best is how much money we saved staying at Brandie's home compared to staying on Disney property - lots!! Thank you for the e VIP Passes and Parking Pass this helped us out a lot. Last but not least, Brandie is a pleasant person to "work with". :)

The townhome was clean and well-maintained. Having three bathrooms came in very handy for our family so we did not struggle to get ready and out the door in the morning. The wading pool was a big hit with our 9 year old daughter. I would highly recommend this townhome to other families vacationing in the Orlando area. We have never rented a condo or townhome before, always have stayed at hotels and while we missed some of the luxuries of the hotel such as maid service, we liked having the room to relax, cook our own meals, separate bathrooms, etc. and those advantages far outweigh the amenities that a hotel could offer.

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

Loved having the piece of mind of the gated community. Very quiet neighborhood. Extremely convenient location to all parks.Brandie's home was Very clean, beautiful and comfortable. Qualify and value gets 5 stars! We will definitely be back!

We just came back from an amazing stay. I don't know where to begin. We stayed for 10 days in the townhouse and it was beyond our expectations. We stayed with four adults and 2 children. One of the adults is in a wheelchair and that was no problem at all. The bedroom and bathroom on the main floor were vey accessible. Our girls loved the Mickey Mouse bedroom, their Mickey Mouse bathroom but the big selling point for them was the talking Mickey Mouse bedlight :). The house was very welcoming. The dinnertable was nicely set, the house has a great kitchen, so we had some great family meals during our stay. The location of the house is great. Two minute walk to the clubhouse and the amazing pool. We spend lot's of time at the pool. The resort is nice, very clean and all the people were extremely friendly. At one point our tv and phone didn't work and within 30 minutes someone fixed these issues. Great service! The personal contact with Brandi before we came was very good. She answered all our questions. The VIP parking pass and the fastpasses for some of the attractions were a great bonus which saved us a lot of time. The resort is extremely close to Disney. It took us 10 minutes from the parking lot of Magic Kingdom to the parking in front of the house! We recommend this house and this resort strongly. We would love to spend more time in the house and resort another time. Brandi; thank you very much for making this trip for us so amazing! Your house is lovely and very well maintained. We hope to come back sometime!

We stayed at this property for the week of Christmas. The location is perfect. It is not far from Disney. The place was perfect in that it had everything that we needed all set. A kitchen and laundry and the bedrooms with all the linens plenty for everyone. Also it had an extra mattress to just put on the floor if anyone has extra kids. The location is also safe with gated community. The owner of the property also mailed me some parking passes and kids coupons and some ride passes (which was very nice of the owner). I would recommend this location to anyone who wants to have a homely feeling while on a vacation.

I can start out by saying that if you are looking for 1 thing negative for me to say, all it would be is that the trip ended. Truly everything else was exceptional. By trade, I am a realtor and we have a few sayings... location, location, location! We also say... just because every house on the block looks the same, it is not! Now, what made this experience Extra Special, was the actual owner, Brandie, herself. In life, sometimes we can choose who we want to work with and other times we can not. Well, for vacation, we can. I started my search long ago and through various sources realized that apparently Windsor Hills is the 2012 Winner of the Top Vacation Rental Spot. Anyway, it is a great place. I said in my title that it was First Class but actually it is more. It is a 5 star Resort for a price that is no where near 5 star. My wife and I never stayed at a vacation rental spot before, but this time we considered it. It seems like it is one of those things that if you try it and like it, you will never go back to ordinary hotel vacationing. You really get a great value out of this. Now for us, there was just the two of us. Sure, we could have paid $300 a night at a 5 Star Hotel; but for our hard earned money, we would have received just a room. For less than half of that, we could also book with Brandie at Windsor Hills, and get a whole Townhome. The true value would come in here if you were a whole family, because the place sleeps 9 people comfortably. Then it would actually be an incredible deal. There are endless things that I could say about Brandies Disney dreams vacation home, but you could get all of those facts on her website at DisneyDreamsVacationRentals.com. There are also endless things that I could say about the Windsor Hills Resort, but again, just check their website. What really impressed me the most from Day 1 of research was that Brandie put in her phone number. I called right away and she made us feel right at home-before we even left!

Our stay was fantastic, the home was easy to find, very clean and neat, Brandie did a great job helping with lots of answers to my questions. she helped with parking passes and fast passes which were greately appreciated by all. I would certainly recommend this property to any of my friends traveling to Disney World.

"Wow" What an amazing place. That's all I can say! You can tell Brandie put in a lot of time into this home. My family and I had a great stay at Brandie's town house..The bedrooms were large in size and the community pool as well as the inside pool made it all worth staying at her place .Whenever anyone asks me as to where they should stay while in the Orlando area is Brandie's. My husband and kids spent a week at Brandie's Vacation villa which was AMAZING! I'm that mom/wife that's very particular about homes /food for my family, we had a busy itinerary but enjoyed a proper sit down breakfast and dinner everyday! I like that the kitchen was set up like a real home with all the cooking utensils, plate ware, glassware and more... The home also had an ample amount of towels, sheets,a playpen, baby chair, strollers, just everyday items that I had forgotten was supply for us! It was a "Great Pick" for families with small kids also, my 5 year old and my 12 month nephew had a lot of safe places to play which made me at ease! Lastly, the home was very clean,beautiful and decorated to the top of the line. I will definitely return Brandie! Thanks again for a great vacation!!! The Lightbourne family!

The townhouse was just as depicted. The kitchen was well stocked, beds were very comfortable, and the pool and clubhouse area were very nice. The electronic lock made coming and going convenient. The location was close to the Disney parks, and the parking pass was a plus. Being able to do laundry before we packed to come home made things easier once we got home. We had a great week!

Dear Brandie: Wanted to thank you once again for giving my family the opportunity to stay at your resort at Windsor Hills. I was extremely impressed with the location and what was included in the resort. Thought the fact that everything in your resort is fully furnished so never had to worry about towels or dishes so my family were able to cook some wonderful meals which helped greatly. The rooms were extremelly cozy and made me feel as if I was walking into my own house. Everything was extremely clean and neat and if you really wanted to relax all you had to do was open up the sliding glass doors and you could just sit by your own individual pool. That was extremely impressive and the decor in your place is outstanding! This vacation was so much more than I ever anticipated. The pictures are worth a thousand words and the two pools, waterslide, the jacuzzi, work out facility and the little store were you can purchase extra items was a real help with last minute things you might forget from water to suntain lotion. I also liked the fact that there was a beautiful manicured park for the kids to play as well. Most of all it is so kid friendly and very quaint and only less than 10 minutes from the park! I know most of us take vacations to kinda get away from it all but when you have little troops vacationing with you there has to be some kind of a home feel even when it's not. This vacation rental had all of the amenities we needed. The place was set up so amazing and nice that we didn't want to move anything. The days that we didn't spend at the parks were fun filled right at the clubhouse. There was a beautiful pool there with a jacuzzi set privately behind the pool. The distance from the resort to Disney World was short and pleasant. The splash pool was a real winner for the kids. They gave true definition to the word splash. Parking was right at the front door of unit. Beautiful stainless steel appliances and all the furniture was new. My wife, my kids and I all had an amazing time! If you are from the working class this is the way to vacation. Timeshares are a waste if you only get two or three weeks of vacation time a year. I recommend booking your week with Brandie Ricciardi now. She is a great person to deal with. I have spoken to her several times and she was always happy to speak with me about any questions I had since this was our fist trip to Disney. Thank you Brandie!

Brandie, We had a great time at your home, it was beautiful and very accomodating. The parking pass worked out great as well as the fast passes. The house was very clean and comfortable. Our stay at this property was beyond excellent. We have 3 children and this place provided us with all the needs a family of 5 needs. The condo was beautiful, 10 min from all Disney parks and SeaWorld. The pool outside the back door was a life saver. No need to walk anymore!!! The grandkids loved the big pool also.The vip parking passes were outstanding, especially when leaving the park late, and having to walk less than everyone else. We enjoyed the attraction passes as well, no waiting and the entire family could go on the ride together.The condo is near several great restaurants.We especially liked Black Angus right on the corner.I would recommend this property to anyone who wanted all of the conveniences of your own home and yet close to Disney. This property was perfect all around, from the townhouse location to the clubhouse to the location to all Disney Parks. We walked right across the street to the clubhouse and had to drive 5 minutes to each Disney Park. It was extremely clean and had plenty of space for 7 of us! Brandie was very easy to work with and extremely accessible. This was the first time we rented outside the parks and we will do it again. We can't wait to go back to this townhouse!!!

We really enjoyed the property, liked the location relative to the clubhouse and the kids loved the personal pool. The decorations were very nice as well. The Disney parking pass that the owner provided came in very handy. Our only complaint would be the lack of basics. No paper towels, only one garbage bag, no laundry soap, no spices, no dish scrubber and had to change the batteries in 2 of the remotes.

This home was awesome. The new appliances were wonderful! Brandie the owner was oh so nice and helpful. Our stay was very relaxing and felt like we were in he comfort of our own home. Everything that was needed or desired was available from linen to pots and pans to washer and dryer. And the pool off of the living room was the kicker at night.. We had a great time at the beautiful 3 br, 3 bath with pool . We have never stayed in such a great place. My grandaughter loved the pool. The pictures were very accurate. We ate out all the time so we didn't get to use the great Mickey Table all arranged for us. I have already recommended it to some of my friends and family. This place made for a FANTASTIC first trip to Florida for my family. The place was well kept, clean and most importantly had EVERYTHING we could need for a comfortable and convenient stay. Brandie was so pleasant to work with and really made us feel at ease as we prepared for our trip. The location is perfect, in proximity to all Disney Parks and major attractions. We were also grateful for the location within the community. It was great to walk to the clubhouse each day to swim at the beautiful pool. We do not have one complaint about the stay and home to be able to visit again in the future! Thank You!!!

Best vacation ever! The place is neat as a pin, travel to and from Disney couldn't have been easier, kids loved both the big pool and private pool and I loved the space and the home was out of this world~So Beautiful~. Why cram into a tiny hotel room in Disney when you can have tons of space...a kitchen, and a place to put the kids to bed where ur not sitting right next to them! A totally comfortable townhouse with lots of room; fully applianced kitchen, laundry, private screened patio with a pool, full baths off each bedroom, gated commumity and much more - within 2 miles of Disney complex. A truly great place to stay and very affordable! Thank you Brandie for the best vacation ever!

All I have to say is that Brandie is super nice, responsive and very helpful! This was especially helpful for us as our 1st time @ Disney. The colors in the house are exactly as described SO BEAUTIFUL!!! Everything was new inside the home, a new sofa, dining room table, and the beds were great. I slept like a baby. The kids loved the Mickey Mouse bedroom and that she has an extra mattress that fit in the middle of the two twin beds was a plus. Like all the other reviewers, IF YOU ARE A MOM LIKE ME PICKING THIS HOME IS FOR YOU, you won’t be disappointed at all. Brandie has all of the baby equipment you will need, new pack n play, high chair and bedside rails . The VIP pass allow you to park right at the front of the park and Brandie also gave us extra fast passes to access the popular rides which SAVED US BIG TIME an hour or two each day. Brandie also had great car rental discounts and restaurants discounts. Thank You Brandie for such a great vacation and we will be spreading the word to our friends & family about booking with Disney Dreams. Can’t wait to book with you real soon!!!! ~Alyssa

We really enjoyed our stay. The townhouse was so clean and beautifully decorated, my son loved the Mickey Mouse room with his own bathroom. My family and I were so pleased. We had all the space we needed for 4 adults and two children. The private pool was great and the big pool at the club house was really nice and close by. The location was so convenient. I really can't say enough about the property and Brandie, she was so helpful before and during our vacation.

What a terrific find! I totally agree with all of the other positive reviews. The townhouse was beautiful, spacious, clean, and perfect! Everything about it exceeded our expectations; I could go on and on. We were so impressed with the care and attention the owners have put into every detail of making a stay here perfect. We loved how tasteful and comfortable everything was, and our ten year old loved the mickey mouse bedroom and having our very own little pool as well as the terrific pool at the clubhouse. Brandie was such a pleasure to work with. Windsor Hills is lovely. The location is perfect- we couldn't believe how close and easy the drive was to the entrance of Disney. Wonderful townhome near Disney World!

My family of 5 recently stayed here during our trip to Disney World. The townhouse was beautiful and very clean. We had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The private pool was fabulous but we were also very close to the club house where the large pool and hot tub are located along with other amenities. The location was very convenient to all the Disney World parks, the grocery store and restaurants. The owner Brandie was extremely friendly and helpful. She also gave us a few passes to some of the big rides at Disney that worked like fast passes. Loved that! I would recommend this place to anyone. We can't wait to go back! We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful condo. It was conveniently located close to Disney World but not directly in Disney World. We really liked this because we could get away from the crowds. Our first night in Florida we stayed at a very large hotel and it was crowded and not relaxing at all. We really enjoyed having our own space in such beautiful surroundings at such a reasonable price. The condo was decorated beautifully and the beds were very comfortable. What a treat to have your own little splash pool if everyone didn't feel like going to the main pool which was just a hop, skip and a jump from the condo. The owner was such a pleasure to work with. It seemed more like dealing with a friend than a business transaction. I would highly recommend this property to friends and family and would stay again if we returned to Florida.

Recommended for: Families with young children, sightseeing.

We stayed here as a family of 5 adults and 4 kids, Brandie's home was wonderful, quite, so clean and beautiful. The colors of the home was amazing, the kids loved the Mickey Room we couldn't get them out of the room. Everything inside the home was new, beds, towels and sheets.The dining room table was large enough to fit all of us. The private pool was used every day and her home is very close to the club house. Brandie, this was the BEST Vacation EVER!!!! Thank You.. We will be booking next year see you soon Disney Dreams!!

I am so excited that I chose Disney Dreams for my vacation stay. The Ricciardi's were so caring and willing to meet all my needs.The home was gorgeous!It was truely a home away from home.It had everything you need, my children were even pleased with their mickey themed room and the personal pool the home offered.On the days it rained and we were unable to explore the theme parks the resort came in hand. I am so overly pleased with my vacation stay that I will definitely chose Disney Dreams AGAIN

This was a great place to stay and will be my first choice next time. Short drive to the parks. Unlike in a hotel, our family of four was able to spread out and relax. Online payment was easy. Only regret not taking a day to enjoy the great pool at the complex.

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

NEVER WERE WE MORE PLEASENTLY SURPRISED AS WE WERE WHEN WE WAKED THRU THE FRONT DOOR OF THE HOUSE THAT WAS GOING TO BE OUR HOME FOR THE NEXT MONTH. IT WAS BRIGHT AND AIRY AND WAS PERFECTLY DECORATED. THE FURNITUER WAS VERY COMFORTABLE AND WAS TOPPED OF WITH A BEAUTIFUL DINING TABLE THAT COULD SEAT SIX PLUS. THE MATTRESSES WERE AS COMFORTABLE AS OURS AT HOME AND EACH BEDROOM HAS ITS OWN BATHROOM. ALL THIS AND OUR VERY OWN SCREENED IN POOL, FULLY EQUIPT KITCHEN AND MORE TOWELS, SHEETS ETC. THAN WE COULD EVER USE ITS A SHORT WALK TO A BEAUTIFUL HEATED, POOL, CLUB HOUSE ,GAME ROOM COMPLETE WITH A MOVIE THEATER. ALL THIS MADE FOR A VERY NICE VACATION THAT WE HOPE TO REPEAT NEXT YEAR. JUST A FINAL NOTE, THE OWNER COULD NOT BE MORE HELPFUL AND UNDERSTANDING OF ANY QESTIONS THAT WE HAD..

This is our third VRBO rental, and we continue to be satisfied. This condo was nearly new, clean, warm and welcoming, well-staged, and just what we needed. There is individual parking for each condo unit, and a private pool. The dishwasher and laundry unit were great to have, and we cooked breakfast each morning while watching the large flat-screen tv and enjoying the sun through the screened porch/pool area. The beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of space to spread out and use separate bathrooms (always nice when traveling). This condo is not "right next to Disney", which is why we wanted it. We wanted to be far enough away that we could get out and explore the area. It is, however, within quick driving distance, once you decipher the maps and signs. There are many restaurants and opportunities for shopping in the Orlando area, and we were able to return each evening, feeling safe and secure in the gated community, and even got in a walk around the property one evening. We would recommend this property without reservations to another family who wanted privacy, quiet, and a chance to de-stress.

Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Aloha ! What more can you ask for,this home was wonderful and beautiful.Felt safe from the time we moved in till the time we left.The instructions in the home were easy to follow, the home made us felt welcome with the decor and amenities.We were really surprised on how close we were to Disney World and how easy it was to get there and back.Grocery store and restaurants are only 3 minutes away.We would definitely go back and book this home again. Scale of 1-5 ? Definitely a 5

Brandie We had a great time in Orlando and your home is lovely. I only wish I had booked for ten or twelve nights with you. The house is lovely, a good size, and very well appointed. The effort you put in painting it showed – I loved your color schemes. The kitchen was excellent with plenty of pot and pans etc. The beds were so comfortable with lovely pillows and linen. Sleeping at night was so peaceful. I will recommend your place to my friends and if we win the lottery we will be back!

Brandie, I just wanted to say thank you for the very nice accommodations at your house. It was very enjoyable and the ammenities were great. My kids had a great time in the pool and at the clubhouse. Everyone was extremely nice. The residence was very clean and had enough room for my entire family. We look forward to another stay at your home. Fantastic location and fantastic home! For years we have stayed on the Disney property but chose to stay off location this year and are glad we did. The Disney parks are 2 minutes away, which is quicker to get to than taking Disney transportation from on-site locations. Also, you get a beautifully furnished home with plenty of room to spread out. We spent 5 days in the parks and were glad to come back to a nice home as opposed to our hotel room. As much as I love to stay on the property,this place was even better we will contact the owners of this property for our next trip to Disney.Brandie was great she even gave us passes for the rides where we didnt have to wait on line and a parking pass where we parked right in front for all parks i cant thank her enough for making this vacation perfect in every way we will be back, the resort was immaculate the staff was very friendly thanks again for making this a vacation to remember if thinking about booking this place dont hesitate you wont be dissappointed.

Our stay was Awesome!! The townhouse has EVERYTHING as described but better in person. The Deco was quite Elegant. We enjoyed the pool right outside the living-room as not all family members wanted to go to the big pool.. We had two teenagers girls and they did NOT want to leave the grounds at all. So much to do on the property. Having a full kitchen was also a plus as we cooked most meals as this saved on time, expense, and it was just convenient. The property was clean and maintained very well.. This was a 3 night/2 day visit as we did not visit the parks but just relaxed ---but the property is convenient to most everything. Malls, parks, stores, drug stores and a good pizza place we found in Chicago was also right down the street and they delivered- Giordano's Pizza!! The washer and dryer was a plus as I felt at home doing the laundry.. This town-home is so cozy I DID NOT WANT TO LEAVE ON SUNDAY. I began thinking of a good time to visit again on the drive home!! The VIP passes Brandie supplied were great we felt like celebrities going to the front of the line. I definitely would recommend this property but had already done so before I even arrived to 3 different people looking to take vacation in the near future. I did not have to call Brandie while there but knew she was a phone call away. She even called the week of to make sure I didn't have questions.. From the beginning of making my reservation- she was very very helpful.. One last thing - I enjoyed using the grills on the grounds- not a master at barbecuing but our Saturday dinner was a hit! CAN'T WAIT TO BOOK AGAIN REAL SOON!!!
