Our LAKEFRONT home is on the "sunnyside" of Donner Lake! Recently remodeled with outstanding upgrades throughout including granite, custom built ins and a chefs dream kitchen. All 3 bedrooms have lakeviews and are very comfortable. Bathrooms are upgraded and well appointed. Downstairs has a large game room that includes a ping pong table, XBox, a computer station, 2 futons and a full bathroom.
We have our own private dock with 2 boat lifts; 1 is motorized.
The property is accessible year-round with covered parking and walkways.
