Welcome to our bright, airy, beautiful mountain/lake home located just 90 minutes from Los Angeles. This three bedroom, two bath home has a lake view from almost every window. The large family room has a new fireplace and dining for ten. The open kitchen is filled with all major appliances and every cooking utensil you might need and a round oak table with seating for four. There are beds for six, but plenty of room for air mattresses. The upstairs bath has a shower. The downstairs bath has a tub/shower. Flat screen tv's in all rooms. The front and back patios have tables and chairs. The small backyard is fenced.
Enjoy walking to the village, hiking the trails, skiing at Snow Valley (about ten miles away) and Snow Summit/Bear Mountain in Big Bear. There is a fun Kiddy Land in the Village. It's all wonderful!

we had a great experience and were very pleased with the property being very clean and well-maintained. The owener was very nice and available to help and answer any questions. We had a great time. Thank you.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with young children, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Just spent a week here and loved this charming Lake Arrowhead home. We had great walks down to the lake and also to the village. The lake glistens through the tree-filled view. The house had everything we needed to be comfortable. I would recommend this location for closeness to the village and comfortable interior. It was great to beat the valley heat, although it was definitely warm here in July. The owner provided lots of fans and the cooler night breezes were so enjoyable on the front porch.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+.
