This is a lovely two unit condo with gorgeous views of the Marsh and located right next to the Golf Club.
Enjoy your morning coffee on the screen porch off the bedroom or the covered porch off the living area, as you watch the sunrise over the marsh.
One unit has a full kitchen , living/dining area and seperate bedroom. The second unit has has an open bedroom/sitting area with a morning bar which has a small fridge, microwave, coffee pot, and sink. These units can be rented together or seperately. Ideal for two couples travelling together or a family. They share a common foyer but have two seperate entrances.
Enjoy all that St Simons has to offer, golf, tennis, shopping and wonderful restaurants. The beach is just a short drive away.

Large spacious condo located on the beautiful marsh's of St. Simons! Elevator and Laundry are very convenient to the unit! Neighbors were very friendly and welcoming! Great space for family time and lots of great windows! Very Quiet and Private unit on end. Would be perfect for families or group! Two units in One with a seperate entrance for those who enjoy late nights! Right on golf course, for those who golf! Great weekend retreat!
