From the time you get up in the morning to dinner in the evening, you have a full-view of the Santa Rita Mountain. Both the Master bedroom and the living room have patio doors so you may enjoy this gorgeous view. The clean Desert Hills IV Community has a great atmosphere with friendly neighbors and little traffic.
You are only one block to one of the many recreation centers available to you. The Recreational Center provides swimming, exercise, shuffleboard, assorted classes, hot tub, tennis and more. You are close to a convenience store. The Elk's Club is also close by.
The townhouse is located off Camino Del Sol with several golf courses nearby. It is on an end unit so there will be lots of light coming through sky lights and windows - Never a gloomy day. Our home is immaculate with charming touches of Southwest decor. The home has been recently painted inside and out. The outside front and back patio areas are warm and inviting. Patio furniture and a BBQ grill will make outdoor dining and entertaining a pleasure. The large kitchen area has a place to dine and also a dining room table and chairs in the dining room area. The kitchen has a dishwasher and micro-wave oven, newer washer and dryer.
The master bedroom has large closets, dresser, TV with cable and a King Size bed. Insuite master bath with full size shower with grab bars. The 2nd bed room has a large computer desk and a full size futon (sleeps 2 persons). Giving the 2nd bedroom style, versatility and function. The bedrooms are separated by bathrooms for more privacy.
Our townhome is fully furnished for your convenience. It also has a 1 car carport and the driveway is long enough to hold 2 cars. There is off street parking available for your guests. Sit on the large brick patio and watch the colors change on the mountains into the evening. The large glass top table with 6 chairs makes it a fun place to entertain.
Desert Hills IV is an age (55 plus) restricted community. At least one occupant has to be 55 years old to rent the home. Rental (short term) includes utilities, cable, internet, and membership access to the community’s 12 recreation center. Guest members have access to pools, hot tubs, fitness centers, racquetball/tennis courts, bocce ball courts, arts and crafts (wood making, jewelry making, sewing, etc.), lots of classes, specialized clubs, and social events. Nearby are Tucson 20 minutes and the arts and crafts community of Tubac 15 minutes for a wide variety of shopping and cultural experiences.
Long term rental available: 6 to 11 months $1250.00 per month plus utilities. 12 months or longer $1000.00 per month plus utilities ~ furnished or unfurnished. Securtiy deposit and cleaning deposit required.
Green Valley has over 300 days of Sunshine each year! Average daytime temp 80 degrees. This area offers many golf courses, hiking (all levels of expertise), observatories, caverns, casinos, museums, theaters, artist communities, as well as the Southern Arizona wine country and cultural amenities of Tucson.
