Located in the upscale community of Morgantown, you’re just a short stroll from the white sandy beaches that made Gulf Shores famous. You will enjoy strict architectural controls, buried utilities, beautiful landscaping, 2 swimming pools, 2 tennis courts, and a pet friendly beach. Two world class golf courses are just down the street. Be prepared to relax!! Located just 15 minutes west of downtown, Pretty in Pink is also very convenient to all restaurants, shopping centers, movie theaters, and amusement parks.
Open the front door to Pretty in Pink and you’ll want to go immediately out the back door – on to your screened in porch with comfy rockers and a view of the magnificent gulf. Go ahead, catch a quick peak, but come on back inside and have a quick look around before changing into your suits and hitting the beach. Your comfy living room features leather furniture (Queen sleeper sofa) and an entertainment center with a flat screen TV with DVD and sound system. You have a fully equipped kitchen (washer and dryer in the closet) and seating for 6 at the table and 4 at the breakfast bar. Downstairs, there’s a bedroom with a set of Twin bunks and a bath. Head upstairs and check out your master with a King, flat screen TV, private bath and screened in porch. The other two bedrooms upstairs share a porch. One features a Queen bed and the other has two Twins. Both share a bath. Pretty in Pink comfortably sleeps 10 and has everything you need for your perfect beach vacation!
For golfers in the group, Pretty in Pink is located next door to the world famous Kiva Dunes Golf Club, a winner of numerous Golf Digest awards. Just down the street is home to 27 perfectly manicured holes at the Peninsula Golf Club. Both resorts are truly world class. Please come and join us for the sand, surf, and fun! The beaches are magnificent, the golf is spectacular, and the restaurants are terrific. There is truly an activity for every member of the family. Pretty in Pink is located on Sawgrass Circle, Gulf Shores, AL 36542. Prices include everything except Alabama state sales tax, a $49 damage waiver (gives you $1500 worth of accidental damage coverage during your stay), a small house cleaning fee of $125 and a linen charge ($25/bedroom and $10/bathroom) - which includes all your linens, bath towels, toilet paper, paper towels and even little soaps at all of the sinks. There is also a small amount of clothes detergent, dish liquid and dish washer soap.
There is a $50 cancellation fee up to 30 days prior to arrival.
For your convenience, we offer optional trip insurance called 'Travel Guard' from AIG, a AAAAA rated insurance company (highly recommended!!!). It will protect your investment! Anyone say 'fresh seafood?' You can't go wrong at any of our restaurants. Try 'Bahama Bobs' for the fresh catch of the day. The lunch specials are to die for. It’s hard not to enjoy a meal when the majestic waters of the Gulf can be seen from your table!
