Come visit us on Edisto Beach and enjoy an old fashioned vacation at the beach. This natural, uncommercialized island is just 45 minutes south of Charleston, South Carolina. Instead of amusement parks and traffic lights, you will find moss-covered oak trees, creeks, and sandy beaches. It's the perfect place to come for fishing, crabbing, and shrimping, watching dolphins, birds, and sunsets, collecting treasures from the sea, and renewing relationships with family and friends.
The Low Country offers a slow paced, casual lifestyle. Edisto is rich in history which is evident in the many historical churches, farms, and plantations. Edisto is part of the A.C.E. Basin, which is renowned for its natural beauty, abundant wildlife, and a multitude of birds, including endangered species such as peregrine falcons and wood storks.
Edisto has a lot to offer year round - crabbing, fishing, and shelling are great in the fall and can generally be enjoyed at a discounted rental rate.
