Eighth floor, front type "C" Condo overlooking one of three pools with a beautiful view of the beach.
The living room furniture was replaced in 2008. The Bedroom was freshly painted in 2010 along with new carpeting. This is a Non-Smoking Condominium in great condition. The unit has ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom, tiled floors in all rooms except the bedroom, and much more. The kitchen is fully-equipped. Towels and linens are provided, so all you need to bring is your beach towel and suntan lotion!
Located on Thomas Drive. The Sunbird has lots to offer with restaurants such as Pineapple Willie's and Pompanos. Signal Hill Golf Course is within walking distance.

My husband and I are both in our 50s and live in a NW suburb of Chicago. I am the Prepress Customer Service Specialist for our local Newspaper and my husband is a Custodian for a nearby School.
Why the Owner Chose Sunbird
My husband and I had been looking for a place for a couple years in Arizona before we bought our condo in Panama City Beach. We decided on Panama City Beach at the time because you could still get reasonably priced condos on the Gulf compared to other parts of Florida. We are very glad we did and enjoy using our condo and renting it out when we are not using it.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Our most favorite part of owning this condo is the balcony. It is a private balcony and we just love sitting out be it just enjoying our coffee in the morning or watching the beautiful sunsets. It is also very nice on cool days when the sun is out as facing the gulf, we are blocked from the cooler Northern breeze. There are many golf courses nearby with one being practically across the street. Last, but not least is the Beach. Beautiful white sand and Emerald green waters.

Just got home from a week in the Sunbird Condo/ Had a wonderful time. Weather was great and saw dolphins two days from our balcony. Our first time at Panama City Beach and hope to have a big family vacation next year there.

We just returned from our vacation and could not stop talking about what a great time we had. Honestly we don't have any complaints about the condo.....the views were excellant, everything we needed was there and the beach was excellant. The only downfall was the construction around the condo but other than that we had an amazing time. Thanks Linda!
Owner response:Thank you for the kind words. The construction is suppose to be done this year last I heard. The are going to put in bike lanes and a trolley lane not to mention some nice landscaping. They do seem to move awfully slow though.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, pet owners, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

Location, Location, Location! This condo is located in the center of all of the P.C. Beach activity. It is conveniently located next door to Pineapple Willy's, so good food and drinks are just a few steps away. Wal-Mart is across the highway and the area is surrounded by a bunch of beach shops and entertainment. The condo is just right for 2 adults and 2 small children. There are 3 pools available, so finding a place beside the pool isn't difficult. Thank you very much for letting my family stay in your condo. We had a great time!

On this trip we replaced the sofa bed mechanism and the mattress. Repaired blinds, Cleaned the refrigerator coils. We bought some new linens, towels and dish rages. Also noticed the garbage disposal wasn't working so had that repaired along with a kitchen fixture that wasn't working properly. The weather was perfect all week long with highs in the 80s. 1st half of week were green flags and crystal clear water. The 2nd part were yellow and seaweed started coming in. The gulf water was around 75 which we enjoyed. Also saw dophins on Monday from our balcony and a stringray while on the beach yesterday. Had a great time and hope you will also.

We had a great stay at 804E! It was such a treat to wake up to the view of the ocean and the sounds of the waves. It was also nice having a lot of things to do close by so we didn't have to drive much. The condo had everything we needed and more, it was perfect. We are already in the process of planning our next stay before another long Winter shows up :)
