Eighth floor, front type "C" Condo overlooking one of three pools with a beautiful view of the beach.
The living room and bedroom have been remodeled. This is a Non-Smoking Condominium in great condition. The unit has ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom, tiled floors in all rooms except the bedroom, and much more. The kitchen is fully-equipped. Towels and linens are provided, so all you need to bring is your beach towel and suntan lotion!
Located on Thomas Drive. The Sunbird has lots to offer with restaurants such as Pineapple Willie's and Pompanos. Signal Hill Golf Course is within walking distance.

My husband and I are both in our 50s and live in a NW suburb of Chicago. I work for the local Newspaper and my husband works for a school district.
Why the Owner Chose Sunbird
My husband and I had been looking for a place for a couple years in Arizona before we bought our condo in Panama City Beach. We decided on Panama City Beach at the time because you could still get reasonably priced condos on the Gulf compared to other parts of Florida. We are very glad we did and enjoy using our condo and renting it out when we are not using it.
The Unique Benefits of this Beachfront Condominium
Our most favorite part of owning this condo is the balcony. It is a private balcony and we just love sitting out be it just enjoying our coffee in the morning or watching the beautiful sunsets. It is also very nice on cool days when the sun is out as facing the gulf, we are blocked from the cooler Northern breeze.

My husband and I decided to come down for a visit since the condo was open. My daughter joined us for a few days. Decided to buy a couple sets of sheets. We are using a new cleaning person and so far so good. I think she is doing a terrific job.

It was our first visit here and it was great. We canceled last year because of a hurricane was headed this way. My husband was thrilled when tropical storm Claudette hit. The weather was great the rest of the time. The condo was great with a great view. We went swimming every day except one. My husband and son went deep sea fishing and loved it.

Our girls first trip to the beach (7&8 yrs old). The beach was wonderful. We saw dolphins almost every morning (7am-ish) in the ocean just off the beach. The girls loved the sea shells, the bird. My wife and I loved the sun. Thanks for sharing your condo with us.
