We just returned from our vacation and could not stop talking about what a great time we had. Honestly we don't have any complaints about the condo.....the views were excellant, everything we needed was there and the beach was excellant. The only downfall was the construction around the condo but other than that we had an amazing time. Thanks Linda!

Owner response:Thank you for the kind words. The construction is suppose to be done this year last I heard. The are going to put in bike lanes and a trolley lane not to mention some nice landscaping. They do seem to move awfully slow though.

We had a great stay at 804E! It was such a treat to wake up to the view of the ocean and the sounds of the waves. It was also nice having a lot of things to do close by so we didn't have to drive much. The condo had everything we needed and more, it was perfect. We are already in the process of planning our next stay before another long Winter shows up :)

We throughly enjoyed our stay at your condo. I don't think we could have asked for nicer weather or a better location. The only down fall was leaving!! Thank you for allowing us the stay.

On this trip we replaced the sofa bed mechanism and the mattress. Repaired blinds, Cleaned the refrigerator coils. We bought some new linens, towels and dish rages. Also noticed the garbage disposal wasn't working so had that repaired along with a kitchen fixture that wasn't working properly. The weather was perfect all week long with highs in the 80s. 1st half of week were green flags and crystal clear water. The 2nd part were yellow and seaweed started coming in. The gulf water was around 75 which we enjoyed. Also saw dophins on Monday from our balcony and a stringray while on the beach yesterday. Had a great time and hope you will also.

Location, Location, Location! This condo is located in the center of all of the P.C. Beach activity. It is conveniently located next door to Pineapple Willy's, so good food and drinks are just a few steps away. Wal-Mart is across the highway and the area is surrounded by a bunch of beach shops and entertainment. The condo is just right for 2 adults and 2 small children. There are 3 pools available, so finding a place beside the pool isn't difficult. Thank you very much for letting my family stay in your condo. We had a great time!

We just returned from a weeks stay (07/04/10-07/11/10) in this great condo. My teenagers loved being so close to all the action on the beach. I loved my morning walks on the beautiful white sands and always saw clean -clear water! We did not want to leave. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. We will be back next year! One of my winter guests emailed me this comment, though I edited out references that did not pertain to my condo. We're back at home we had a wonderful time in your condo you had everything we needed. Beautiful view, saw some dolphins, watch the sun set. I just loved it, so relaxing. We had a very pleasant experience. My sister who had another unit spent a lot of time with me, ate at my unit every nite. My husband and I decided to come down for a visit since the condo was open. My daughter joined us for a few days. Decided to buy a couple sets of sheets. We are using a new cleaning person and so far so good. I think she is doing a terrific job.

We decided to just have a vacation this visit. Had a very relaxing trip. The weather was cooler than in years past but still managed to go in the gulf on 2 occasions. Great golfing weather.

It was our first visit here and it was great. We canceled last year because of a hurricane was headed this way. My husband was thrilled when tropical storm Claudette hit. The weather was great the rest of the time. The condo was great with a great view. We went swimming every day except one. My husband and son went deep sea fishing and loved it.

Our girls first trip to the beach (7&8 yrs old). The beach was wonderful. We saw dolphins almost every morning (7am-ish) in the ocean just off the beach. The girls loved the sea shells, the bird. My wife and I loved the sun. Thanks for sharing your condo with us.

Fantastic stay right on the beach, just as promised. We loved eating breakfast on the balcony, and everything was wonderful. Thanks for a fantastic codo we called home last week. We stayed 7/6/09 - 7/10/09. I was disapointed to leave on Friday but we had to go. The Condo was great. Very clean and well maintained. Linda was great to change our dates for us last minute. I would definatley recommend this condo to everyone. Within walking distance from Walmart, Alvins, and more.. Did I mention Pineapple Willy's is right next door with great food, live entertainment and excellent Margaritas. We happened to go to Florida when the storms were coming through. So our trip wasnt quite as planned, but still had some beautiful weather in the afternoons. We got lots of seaweed in our clothing from our swim in the ocean, but it was a great memory. I give this condo 5 stars. Great location, spacious condo and at a great price.

Thanks for the use of the condo. It was clean with a great view and great location. Lots to do in Panama City Beach. They called for thunderstorms scattered all week but we got lucky. It stopped raining right before we got here and then we seen a 15-20 min. rain shower Tues. Otherwise it has been sunny. We could stay longer but need to go back. Thanks again for everything.

It's great to be back here again in PCB. The condo is wonderful as always! My husband and I are here just us. We both got sunburned Sunday. The ocean is ruff, red flags, weather is warm, but cloudy. Tuesday mostly cloudy, warmer. We hate to leave. We love it here. Thanks for letting us stay again.

We were here at Panama City 6 years for our anniversary 35th and came back for our 41st. First time to stay in this condo. Very nice view and our weather was perfect. We really hat to go but do miss our grandchildren. Hope the next visitors have a nice time.

We bought Mattress toppers for the sofabed and bed. a new glasstop stove plus a few other odds and ends. The weather was beautiful the entire week. Saw some large fish jump beyond the sandbar, but now sure what it was.

My sister and I wanted to get away from the realities of life for a few days and this condo was GREAT! The location was perfect, the weather was chilly but sunny, and the nearby restaurants were fabulous. I recommend this condo to anyone who needs a good place right on the beach.

We had a Great time this year. The ocean was pretty clear and calm unlike last year! We enjoyed your lovely condo as usual. We replaced your key chains both were broken and comin apart. This is our second time here. We will be back again next year. Didn't see any dolphins. 2 of the girls in this group were trainers for a day at Gulf World. They had a blast. We had a great time here at the condo and in PCB. The weather was great our whole trip. We went on a jet ski tour for two hrs. and saw dolphins, found starfish, hermit crabs and beautiful shells. The beach and ocean are beautiful and we can't wait to come back!

We stayed at this condo 07/18/07 for 3 nights. The view from the balcony was great, and we spent many hours on it listening to and watching the ocean. We even saw dolphins from the balcony our last morning there! The condo was very nice and was as it was described to us. The facility was very nice, and everyone we encountered was nice and helpful. We had a great time during our visit, and we plan to return! Thanks for letting us stay and promptly communicating with us every step of the way. Thanks again!

The condo was great - just as advertised. The viwe was beautiful, the whole complex was nice, the condo was clean and had just about anything you could need. I saw dolphins several times and just the water itself was gorgeous to look at. We'd definitely come back!

Went to Schooners the 1st night. It was really fun. The room is great. Plenty of space for a couple. We are on our 5th anniversary and love teh new look of PCB. Saw 4 dophins on Saturday morn around 6:30 am. Had a wonderful time and we hate to have to leave.
