The private, newer raised spa cascading into the pool offers a oasis for relaxation and quiet enjoyment. The house is close to Ruth Hardy Park, where you can allways can find a tennis match, basketball or just strolling under the leafy trees. There are unobstructed gorgeous mountain views from the living room, and one bedroom. The master bedroom opens to the spa and pool. The large kitchen is fully stocked and has newer appliances. The house has new dark hard-wood floors and tile throughout. There is wi-fi internet, satellite TV with over 500 TV channels and digital music, with surround sound. The covered patio/lanai, has misters, gas BBQ overlooking the nicely landscaped grounds and refreshing pool. We have many return guests that make this property their home away from home. Because of its location, amenities and character this may be the Best Value private home in Palm Springs.

My girlfriend and I wanted a quick and affordable getaway from the city after the labor day weekend. We found this home and decided to go for it. The home is a lot nicer, bigger and cleaner then what is shown in images. It's a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house with a medium sized pool. If you're looking for a private getaway that won't break the bank, THIS IS IT! I've stayed in many different Palm Springs vacation homes and this one takes the "best value" award.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children.

Stayed 10 days for a girls getaway. Property was just as described, plenty of room for the 4 of us. Would definately recommend this property to anyone looking at staying near everything Palm Springs has to offer. You can easily take morning walks through Ruth Hardy Park and to the Movie Colony district, you are also in walking distance to the Rite-Aid for any quick necessities. Only 4 minutes to the airport. Great pool and hot tub as well as a bbq in the back with lounge chairs. Fairly quiet throughout the week but can be a little noisy on the weekends as there are other rental properties nearby that cater more to the party crowd. Overall excellent value!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway.
