Llucmajor is a quaint village located north-east of Palma de Majorca, at the foot of the "Randa" mountain. Far from tourist crowds, with authentic markets and small cafes, it is a nice place for a leisurely stroll, yet it satisfies all shopping needs.
Finca "Casa Mangis" is not far from the village. It is a recently
build solid stone house in the typical Majorcan style and offers all
amenities. The 14.000 square meter sized property has a swimming pool (6 x 12 meters) with a whirlpool section; a sauna for up to 4 people can also be used.
Your apartment is in the 1st floor (= one flight up, for US clients =
2nd floor), with a big private terrace. The two bedrooms share a
beautiful bathroom with views into the surrounding landscape. In the bathroom there are two sinks and a large shower, as well as a toilet and bidet. Outside in the hallway is an additional toilet exclusively for your use. Each bedroom has a kingsize bed and a big closet. The views from the bedrooms are exceptionel. The living room has a working fireplace and opens to a big terrace overlooking the garden with views of the Randa mountain and the town of Llucmajor. There is one dining table inside and one outside on the terrace. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped.
