High-walled with lush foliage and flowers. Private 2400 square foot Santa Fe style home. Near La Quinta Resort, Rancho La Quinta and Old Town with lots of good restaurants,shops, farmer's market and historical museum.
Southwest decor and original Southwest art. Exceptionally well maintained home.
Great room with fireplace, master bedroom suite with fireplace. Bath tub with fireplace. King, Queen and twin beds. Premium mattresses. Sleeps six in comfort. Large master bath, 2nd bath is compartmented with 3 sinks and two toilets.
Third bath is a 1/2 bath.
Office area with wireless service and large desk.
Comfortable formal dining area and four bar stools at kitchen counter.
Large kitchen with all ammenities, including electric teapot, four slice toaster, waffle iron, blender, turkey roaster and lemonade maker. Lots of pots and pans, casseroles, many serving pieces, three sets of dishes, flatware for 12, lots of glasses of all types.
The lemon tree is loaded with the largest lemons you have ever seen. Pick sweet pink grapefruit for your breakfast. The eight citrus trees are of every variety.
Large built-in Viking barbecue. Brown Jordon patio furniture. Outdoor dining table seats eight. Two Chaise lounges.

We have a full time caretaker who lives off site. He is very familiar with the house and can be available on short notice if there is a need.
