Peak Season:  May-Sept, $109/night, $694/week (7 nights) plus 10% tax on all rates
Off Season:  Oct-April, $99/night, $599/week (7 nights) plus 10% tax on all rates.
Holiday bookings will be charged the Peak Season Rate & require a 4-night minimum.
All stays require $60 cleaning fee and a $200 refundable security deposit.
All rates for two adults. Additional adults (age 18 & up) are each $10/night.
There is a two night minimum.  Longer stays are also available.
