  We come to Branson several times a year and always use VRBO. We had another place we usually stay, but it was booked already. So, we found this one. Steve was very helpful and friendly from the first time we talked with him through our entire stay. The condo is beautiful and is just as described. The bed was so comfortable. By far, this is our new favorite place to stay. The indoor pool and hot tub is close enough to walk to. Steve also saved us money on show tickets and we even got to meet him after watching him play at the IT show!! We will recommend this condo to all our friends. Thank you Steve for providing us with our new home away from home.

  Thanks Steve, We had a wonderful time, the condo was clean, the bed was Really Comfortable. The View of the golf course and hills was just what we needed to relax.   My friend and i meet every couple of years for vacation, myself from Texas and her from Illinois. We really enjoyed our stay at Pointe Royal. All the conveniences of home and more. Though we did not use any of the extra amenities available to us, it was good to know they were there. There is a Mexican restaurant in the welcome center that with some advertising will do very well. The food there is great. I will definitely recommend VRBO to family and friends.

  this property worked so well for our family! it is well furnished and very neat and clean just as shown in the pictures! wish we could have stayed much longer.....we had all the conveniences of home and at the same time we were staying in a great location that allowed us to travel all over the branson area without any traffic issues. steve was wonderful to work with as we made our plans.....i will definitely be sharing this info with my family.....as branson is not too far a trip for us!

  This was the best place we have stayed in Branson! Great value! Very clean! We are so glad we found this place! We will definitely stay here again! The swimming pool was incredible. The tennis court was excellent. Next time I will bring my clubs, the course looked very nice! I can't say enough about this condo. Great location. Close to the strip but not too close. Highly recommended!

  We stayed in this condo for a quick weekend getaway. It was way more than what we expected. The condo is just as the description. It was very clean and all the furniture looked brand new. Pointe Royale's indoor pool & hot tub was just a short walk away. We cant wait to come back this summer when the outdoor pool's are open. To stay in a hotel room anywhere close to this place would cost $200.00 or more a night. I would highly recommend this condo to my friends or family. Steve was great to do business with! He also saved us about $50.00 in show tickets. We visited with him after seeing him play in The Hughes Show. Very nice guy!

  We come to Branson several times a year and always use vrbo. This condo was by far the best one we have stayed in. Great decor, comfortable bed, very clean, easy walk to the indoor pool. Steve was excellent to work with. We will be back soon.

  This condo is a cut above others we've stayed in. It's beautiful and well-appointed. Staying here felt like being in a beautiful hotel room, but one equipped with a kitchen that contained everything we needed for our young childen. We definitely hope this place is available the next time we want to spend a weekend in Branson. The owner was helpful and easy to reach when we had a question.

Cancellation policy:

1. CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 4 P.M. CST AND CHECK-OUT IS 11 A.M. CST. If possible, we can accommodate you for an early check-in per request. 2. This is a NON SMOKING unit. “Violation of this offense shall cause for immediate eviction with no refund and a $300.00 fine” 3. PETS are not permitted in rental unit unless disclosed by Renter and authorized by Owner. Extra charge may apply for pets. 4. DAMAGE CAUSED BY RENTER OR OCCUPANTS- Renter shall pay for and is fully responsible for any damages to the condo or misplaced or stolen contents in the unit. Sewer blockages caused by improper things being put down drains or toilets during Renters stay shall be repaired at Renters expense. 5. PAYMENT – Payment is to be paid in full at the time of reservation if arrival date is within 30 days. If reservation is more than 30 days away, half payment is due upon reservation and final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival date. Please make payments in the form of credit card, paypal, cashiers checks or personal checks payable to Steve Harbour. If paying by check, there must be enough time for the check to clear before you can gain access to the unit. A credit card is required for the security hold. 6. SECURITY DEPOSIT- A security deposit up to the amount of $300.00 may be held on your credit card. This amount is never actually charged to your credit card unless damages or extra cleaning fees occur from Renters negligence. 7. CANCELLATIONS – There is a 20% cancellation fee. All cancellations must be made 30 days prior to the arrival date. Any refunds within 30 days of arrival date are at the sole discretion of the owner. You may choose to purchase travel insurance separately. 8. MONTHLY RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS – Monthly renters must cancel one hundred twenty (120) days prior to check-in. Monthly renters who make a change that results in a shortened stay must be made at least ninety (90) days prior to check-in. 9. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The maximum number of guests per condominium is limited to six (6) persons. An additional charge of $50.00 per person per night for guests in addition to six (6) will be assessed. Only guests staying in the condo are permitted in the condo. 10. NO DAILY MAID SERVICE – While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate however can be arranged at an additional rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units. 11. RATE CHANGES – Rates are subject to change without notice and are not applicable to reservations already made. 12. FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS – Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in. 13. WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS – Any exceptions to the mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance. 14. SWIMMING – Swimming passes are located inside the unit. Renters must carry a swimming pass at all times when in swimming areas. Without a swimming pass, the Resort will not allow you to swim. Leave the swimming passes inside the unit upon departure. Swim at your own risk. 15. CLEANLINESS – Renter and all occupants agree to leave the unit in a reasonable state of cleanliness. Any extra charges by housekeeping due to Renter’s negligence shall be at the expense of the Renter. 16. ACCIDENTS - Renter and all occupants shall not hold the condominium association, the owner, or anyone acting on behalf of the owner responsible for any accidents or deaths that could occur during Renters stay. 17. LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS: Owner, Owner’s agent, or Condo Association is not responsible for any lost or stolen property incurred while on the property. 18. MAINTNANCE ISSUES: Renter agrees to notify Owner immediately of any maintenance item that needs to be addressed. 19. INCLUDED IN RENTERS FEE: Renter fee includes condo rental, utilities, garbage removal, cable TV, Resort amenities. Renter agrees to take reasonable care to conserve utilities. Renter shall place all garbage and food in the dumpsters located outside the unit prior to vacating. 20. RENTER AGREES TO HAVE FUN, ENJOY THEIR STAY AND TELL ALL THERE FRIENDS ABOUT OUR CONDO!
