Beautiful 3 br, 2.5 bath waterfront home on the 3mm by water in a larger cove. Full amenities-just load the family and you have everything needed for a fantastic get away. 3 bedrooms located on the upper floor, 2 face the water 'SEASIDE'-the master and 'BY THE SEA' , 1 'ON THE BLVD faces streetside., 3 queens and 1 full size. 2 full baths up- one shared, one in master- tiled with duel showers. a half bath is located on the lower level, large closets will hold your clothes and luggage. the lower level has the kitchen complete with ss appliances, glasstop stove, dishwaser, frig, microwave, and miles of granite countertop. tons of cabinets. we have a fully stocked kitchen including Keurig COFFEE maker, toaster, blender, pots pans, utensils, etc breakfast bar and separate eating area, faces the water and adjoins the family/living area and also faces the water. very open and bright. A washer and dryer are off the kitchen. Off the living area is the screened deck area- with access to open deck for bbq or sitting out in the sun. large dock with tiki bar and enough room for sitting out by the water. Many restaurants-shopping, the strip are about a 10 min drive into town. Pets and children are welcome. No smoking allowed inside the house.

We stayed last week, and we ended up with great weather. The house is so clean, comfy, and the water views are great. We will be back in a couple months with friends.Recommended for: Adventure seekers.

My family and I stayed for Memorial Weekend. We spent the entire time outside on the dock. There is a great seating area, tiki bar w/ mini frig. We fished, swam, and bbq'd. We will be back next year. Great home too.Owner response: thanks again, we appreciate your review.

This is beautiful modern lake property. Our family spent a week and had a wonderful stay. The home has everything you will need to enjoy yourself at the lake. The home sits towards the front of a very large cove. The dock is a wonderful place to hang out and swim however the water can become very rough during peek boating times. It was not a big deal to us. The only negative of our entire stay was that the property does not actually have its own wifi, it is shared with another open network some place across the cove. We could not connect at times and had a very weak signal at best. This can be a real negative if like us there is a need to check in with work etc. during your stay. With that said the home is beautiful, convienantly located and a great place to get away for some lake time. Jan is very easy to work with and more than accomidateing. We look forward to future visits and more fun times on the water. My husband and I rented this property for a mini-vacation with his parents. I was expecting to have a nice time... but they house and the views made this one of the best vacations ever! With an extra deposit we were able to bring our dogs with and enjoy a three day weekend relaxing on the lake, grilling, playing cards and enjoying all of the top of the line amenities that this house has to offer. Another bonus is that the owner is readily available and extremely nice! We will definitely be renting again next year!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway.

Totally amazing views, I loved the screened in porch. Wonderful sitting out at night ,no bugs bite. great getaway, clean, new appliances, comfy beds. each ceiling unique,. fans in all the rooms. i WILL BE BACK!!!!!!!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.
