Both beach houses have been recently renovated and redecorated. There's nothing between the house and the Gulf except beautiful sand dunes. The views are magnificent.
These beach homes are within a short walk or drive of Seaside, Seagrove Beach, Blue Mountain, Watercolor and Rosemary Beach, Florida -- the beaches of South Walton County.
Sitting directly Gulf front in the private community of Gulf Trace is where you will find these wonderful side-by-side beach houses.
Both Seashore Getaway East & West have been recently renovated and redecorated. The two homes have similar floor plans: On the ground floor, living room with fireplace, dining area, kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, large porch with incredible views, full sleeper sofa, half bathroom. Second floor, master bedroom with king bed and adjoining full bath, additional master bedroom with queen bed, porch accessible from either master bedroom, bunk room with four bunks for the kids, hall bath.
The beach houses are surrounded by protected sand dunes, each side has a two car garage, plus parking for two more cars, beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, a private walkway leads from the houses to the beach. Halfway down is a seating area that's the perfect place to take in a beach sunset.
