Now is the time to plan your summer Park City vacation at this lovely executive townhouse with all the amenities. Summer concerts, Art Festival, hiking and biking--all the great things Park City has to offer in the summer are right outside your door. We lived in this lovely home for ten years, and completely remodeled the entire condominium in 2006. In 2011 we purchased a new home and have left the condominium intact for your enjoyment. We hope you have a wonderful stay.
Since this is our home, we want you to feel like the very special guests you are. The entire space is cleaned and all linens laundered in preparation for each new guest. You’ll find extremely comfortable mattresses with high thread count sheets, down comforters, and an assortment of pillows in each of the three bedrooms and also the bunkbed room. There are plush robes in each bedroom to keep you cozy on the chilly winter mornings. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, utensils, dishes and silverware for 24, so even if you have a full house you don’t have to run the dishwasher after every meal. The pantry is full of conveniences like a waffle maker, blender, and everything a gourmet chef might need.
If you’d like the pantry and refrigerator stocked before you arrive, just send us a list and we’ll provide the service for the cost of groceries + a nominal service fee. More time for you for hikes on the rail trail and mountail biking!
The dining table can be extended to comfortably seat 12, a perfect number for a lively dinner party. Linens and candles are provided.
The three bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers, shampoo, lots of thirsty towels, and bath soaps.
The “Mountain Room” is the perfect room for gathering to play Wii, watch movies from the DVD collection, or enjoy a television show on the big screen TV. The ambiance is created by a full wall of back lit panels of photographs of the Canyons Resort. A perfect place of a little unwinding.
The large master bedroom has a king bed, TV, adjoining dressing area and huge closet with washer dryer, and a full bath with jetted tub, double sinks, and even the glass shower has a view of the mountains! The two bedrooms downstairs share a large bath with double sinks, and both are beautifully decorated, one with a queen bed, and the other has a king, both with TVs. The bunk bed room, with a full bunk bed over a full bed, and is very comfortable for adults or kids. If your party includes more than ten, both the couch in the Mountain Room and the one in the living room convert to very comfortable beds with air mattresses.
The large living room is a great space for gathering around the fire, enjoying the beautiful view, and, when weather permits, enjoying the deck and cooking out on the gas grill just outside the door. Or, choose a book from the bookshelves and enjoy a little quiet time. The condo overlooks Park City's 35 mile long Rail Trail, which is great for walks or bike riding--just watch out for deer and moose! Hiking trails are just outside the door, as is access to the free Park City bus that connects you to Main Street and all the resorts. We've provided snowshoes, bikes and cross country ski equipment for your use while you are here. And don't forget your hot tub attire, there's a private hot tub ready for you to enjoy after a long day on the slopes!

We stayed 5 nights at this condo, and it was fantastic. Very easy access to both the ski areas (drive or using nearby bus stops) and Park City conveniences. The condo itself is very clean and modern with new appliances and great amenities. The layout is very conducive for families (we had 2 families with 3 kids, which were easily accommodated), with a sort of multi-split level that allows people to spread out or be together. Cooking in is easy, there is a great entertainment room (LOVE the light-up mountain view) as well as nice amenities like a hot tub and an attached garage. Basically it's everything you could want in a luxury condo in Park City.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We stayed at this beautiful condo on our first visit to park city. Great location and beautiful views! Right next to a great trail for walking, running, biking, or cross country skiing. Very comfortable and nicely decorated. Enjoyable stay!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We had a group of 7 (6 guys and 1 girl - me!) and was there for 7 nights. Our stay was Excellent!!!!! We almost didn't want to leave! Mona and Thore spared no expense in making this condo feel like a home away from home. Everything was clean and well maintained and definitely did not feel like a rental! We arrived on Superbowl Sunday and the large screen TV in the mountain room was just what we needed to root on the Giants for their win! Or if we felt the need to spread out each room has their own TV as well as the living room. The beds, linens and hot tub were a dream after a hard day on the slopes. We always cook breakfast and dinner where ever we rent and this was one of the best stocked kitchen/pantries we've had. We had three friends staying by Snowbird and they came over for dinner and we were able to accommodate them with room to spare! The location of the Condo was great. It was close to the bus which we took to Park City. The best amenity for our group was the Wii System!! Seeing 6 grown men have a competition on Sword fight was the highlight of my trip! I would definitely rent again and recommend it to all my friends and family! Thanks for a great stay!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We've stayed at dozens of properties in Park City and Deer Valley over the years and we must rate this as one of our best experiences. The beauty is in the details! Mona and Thore have done a lovely job of renovating and outfitting the condo with a keen eye towards countless thoughtful conveniences that serve to enhance the overall experience. The multi-level layout provides private living quarters for a large group of 10-12 while allowing for plenty of entertaining space for sit down meals and fireside chats--not to mention the two sets of washers and dryers on the top and bottom levels. Our favorite room was the whimsical Mountain Room--a great space for kids and adults alike. All the beds were comfortable and the newly renovated condo was clean and beautifully maintained. As foodies who love to cook, we especially loved how well stocked the kitchen was with plenty of serving dishes and utensils. The location was ideal as well. There is easy access to the condo from a main road yet we enjoyed walking into town on a trail that is easily accessed near the condo. I imagine the walk is spectacular during the summer months. We would definitely recommend the condo to friends and family as long as they don't beat us to the punch when we plan our next visit.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

About the owner: We are long time residents of Park City, and love living in this charming and beautiful setting. We're avid skiers, hikers, and while we love to travel the world, it's always nice to come home. We lived in this condo for 10 years, and have upgraded it throughout. It feels like home, not a rental!

We thought we'd live in this condo forever, but have moved now, and want to keep the condo for occasional personal use. It wasn't ever supposed to be a rental and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
I love waking in the morning and hearing the aspen leaves rustling outside the bedroom window, and seeing the hot air balloons rising above the valley just outside my back door. It's a pleasure to watch bikers/hikers/cross country skiers on the Rail Trail, enjoying Park City's 300+ sunny days and wonderful scenery. And great to be able to walk a very short few yards to the free bus service to get everyone to their favorite ski resort or Main Street activities.
