Located in AAA 3 Diamond Park Shore Resort amongst beautifully landscaped grounds including waterfalls and rock gardens. There are many amenities at the resort such as BBQ/picnic areas, pool, hot tub, tennis courts, fitness center, and lobby. The beaches, 5th and 3rd Avenue shopping, fabulous restaurants, Venetian Village, Waterside, and Championship Golfing are just minutes away.
Condo is on the second floor and is a corner unit. There are two bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with a queen bed and each have their own walk in closet and bathroom. There is a 20ft balcony that overlooks the small lake, perfect for morning coffee or evening glass of wine. A living room with cable tv and a kitchen/eat in area. The elevator and parking lot are both very convenient. Bath towels, bed linens, hair dryers, iron/ironing board provided. The kitchen is complete with microwave, coffee pot, dishes, pots and pans, utensils, etc.
