Beach Cottage located in the prime area of Destin!
GOLF CART included (optional during Summer Peak Season)- Drive 2 blocks and be at the center of it all!! Best Beach in the world Crystal Beach, Gorgeous Destin Commons Mall, Movies, fast food and fine dining restaurants, bank, bars(best sport bar in town), bike and jogging path, and office depot. Outlets, boat rentals, jet ski rentals, pontoon rentals are on a few miles away.
LIFE GUARD- there is a life guard stand just off the entrance to the beach. Feel safe with the life guards who are at the beach from 9-6pm.
PATIO- Large patio with plenty of seating, eating and BBQ. Its just off the pool and game room. Plenty of shade in the afternoon and plenty of sun early in the morning for sun bathers.
WRAP AROUND COVERED DECK- Hang out on the deck for that early morning shade, plenty of seating and a great place to drink your coffee or get out of the rain. 4 doors in the house leads you to the covered deck.
Pool: The home has one of the biggest pools in the neighborhood approx 10 feet deep. The pool has a walking ledge that goes around the deep end, a nice feature. It also has 4 seats that are in the pool where you can sit and relax with a cold drink, my personal favorite spot. The pool is private and is surrounded by palm trees.
Why the Owner Chose Crystal Beach: We purchased a home here because we love the beach 'Crystal Beach', we love the neighborhood 'it's safe' and we love the convenience and location 'walking distance to shopping and dining' of the 'K Sea's' home.
We are a family of five. My husband a Soldier for the U.S. Navy, three boys ages 11, 9, and 6 and a myself a housewife. We love the city of Destin and the 'K Sea's' home. We got transferred here two years ago and we are sad to leave this small town full of happy tourist and the best beaches. We are being transferred again to Virginia Beach. We plan on coming back after we retire from the military and meanwhile we have to rent the home out to pay the mortgage. We hope you enjoy your stay here as much as we do. Thank you for supporting us in renting out our home.
The Unique Benefits at this Cottage: Being in the military we have traveled so much. We have seen many beaches, but nothing beats Crystal beach. I enjoy driving the golf cart down the block and getting to the beach, I enjoy walking around the corner to O'quigiles and getting a beer and watch the latest game. I enjoy the drinking a glass of wine on the porch and listen to the 22 palm trees at the 'K Sea's' home.

we loved the house, pool and the location. What we didn't like was that when we needed assistance no one was around. About 4 days into our vacation we noticed that the jets weren't running in the pool and it was getting very dirty. I called and got voicemail so I followed the directions on the voicemail to call another person. When I spoke to that person and explained the problem he told me to text a message to the original number. I sent texts and never heard a thing. Other than the pool not functioning and getting dirty we enjoyed the area and the house. I would suggest that you put up handrails for the outside steps as I slipped and broker my foot too!Recommended for: Families with young children.
