This comfortable beach home is located just one lot back from the oceanfront and has great ocean views from both levels. Literally steps from the beutiful Frisco beach.
The first level has a queen master bedroom with a private bath (and the laundry room) and access out to the private screened porch. Two additional bedrooms that share the hallway full bath are also on this level. Each bedroom has it's own TV with cable.
The top level is the main living area, has an open design with cathedral ceiling and includes a well-equipped. large open kitchen with breakfast bar, dining area with access out to a sun deck, a half bath and a large living area with ample seating. The ocean facing sun deck is also accessible from this area.
Conveniently located in a popular area of Frisco, a short walk to the beach, and pet friendly.

House is beautiful with a fantatistic view and just a short walk to the beach. The Smallwood family will return next year.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

I stayed here with my family and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The rooms are well kept and there was plenty of space to accomodate myself, my husband, and my three kids. I was particularly pleased with the location of the house, it was just a minute walk to the beach. There was ample parking room and the neighborhood is tucked away from the main road but was still only a short drive away from local restaurants and shops. I would absolutely recommend this house and I'll be back next year!Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, pet owners, families with young children, girls getaway.

The location of this beach house is great - a view of the sunrise from the front balcony and a view of the sunset from the back balcony. We could watch the dolphins swimming by from our front balcony. It is a very short hike to the beach and is the next best thing to staying right on the beach. The owner was a delight to work with. I recommend this vacation home and hope to stay there again in the future.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

This home was everything the home owner said it was. Great amenities - Very clean!! That is important to me ( since I have been in other homes that were not very clean)) This home sits between two other homes across the street from the ocean and the sunrise is spectacular and seeing the waves hit the surf are just as good as being oceanfront!!! Very short walk to ocean access. The sunset is something you just have to see for yourself!! Beautiful!!Recommended for: Age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

About the owner: We are a family of five with too many dogs. We have kids in college and one still at home. We work very hard and we play very hard at the beach!

Hatteras Island is our families heart and soul. We connect to this place and with each other here. This is where we want to be as much as possible. We have so many family memories here and we hope that our children will bring their children here someday.
