The first level has a queen master bedroom with a private bath (and the laundry room) and access out to the private screened porch. Two additional bedrooms that share the hallway full bath are also on this level. Each bedroom has it's own TV with cable.
The top level is the main living area, has an open design with cathedral ceiling and includes a well-equipped. large open kitchen with breakfast bar, dining area with access out to a sun deck, a half bath and a large living area with ample seating. The ocean facing sun deck is also accessible from this area.
Conveniently located in a popular area of Frisco, a short walk to the beach, and pet friendly.

We are a family of five with too many dogs. We have kids in college and one still at home. We work very hard and we play very hard at the beach!

Hatteras Island is our families heart and soul. We connect to this place and with each other here. This is where we want to be as much as possible. We have so many family memories here and we hope that our children will bring their children here someday.
The Unique Benefits of this House
Boggie boarding with our kids, walking on the beach, holding hands, finding shells, fixing meals together as a family, watching spectular sunrises from the front deck and watching unbelievable sunsets from the back deck.

This home was everything the home owner said it was. Great amenities - Very clean!! That is important to me ( since I have been in other homes that were not very clean)) This home sits between two other homes across the street from the ocean and the sunrise is spectacular and seeing the waves hit the surf are just as good as being oceanfront!!! Very short walk to ocean access. The sunset is something you just have to see for yourself!! Beautiful!!
Recommended for:Pet owners, romantic getaway, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children.
