The property is located on a very quiet street, is walking distance to the Palm Springs Airport and about 2 miles from downtown Palm Springs for shopping, dining and entertainment.
This property has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The main house has post and beam architecture, faces west with ideal mountain views which also lends bright natural light throughout the day. The living room has a 46' LCD TV with Hi-Def cable & DVR. The master bedroom has a queen bed, sits poolside with an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed, large window and sliding door that opens up to a private patio with table & seating. The third bedroom has a full size bed. The forth bedroom is a lovely 400 sq foot detached poolside guest house with full bed, 37' TV, cable and en suite bathroom.
The home has all the amenities of a primary residence. With 7 sliding doors throughout, the property has an amazing indoor/outdoor feel. Outside, guests will very large and private yard, swimming pool, lush lawn, citrus trees, and laying in the hammock under the giant carob tree. In the evenings, you’ll find dramatically lit landscaping, a fire pit, soft indigo pool lighting and bright shining evening stars.

Our family of 4 stayed here for 3 nights over spring break. From the initial inquiry to the return of our deposit check, the owner was responsive, accommodating and professional. The house was exactly as the pictures show and description outlines. The yard and pool were clean and well maintained, and the neighborhood was quiet. It was such a relaxing, fun family getaway! We would definitely stay here again!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Beautiful secluded back yard and pool. Clean and well maintained. Private yard, outdoor tables and barbeque. Beds in the third bedroom and pool house would not be big enough for a couple. The photos are accurate. Remodeled in modern Ikea style. Owner was extremely helpful. Walking distance to downtown (about 30 min each way). Close to airport and yet quiet. Need a vehicle to get to golf courses and shopping areas. Pool cleaned twice a week and we paid to have it heated. Although, three of us had a rash from what we assumed were chemicals in the pool. Other than that, we had a great getaway from snow and cold.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, girls getaway.

What a great place! I’ve had the pleasure of staying in this home more than once. It’s a perfect spot. Sunmor is a great, little pocket-neighborhood of charming mid-century homes. This home is lovely. It’s bright, airy and very comfortable. The separate guest casita is a nice bonus. The grounds of the property are lush and green with incredible mountain views. I loved waking up in the morning to have coffee in the back yard and watch the sun rise against the mountains. It’s really pretty amazing. Before my first stay in this home I was a bit concerned with this its close proximity to the Palm Springs airport. It turned out not to be an issue at all. I rarely noticed any airport noise, and from a travel perspective, it was actually very convenient to be near the airport. The homeowner and manager of the property were lovely and helpful. I look forward to staying in this home again!Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We spent Christmas 2011 at this home. It was a wonderful place to relax and hang out at the pool. The owner and manager were very helpful. It is only about 4 minutes from the airport but you never hear a plane. I would recommend this house for anyone that is looking for a relaxing vacation with their family. The guest house allowed my parents to have a place to themselves when they needed to relax without the kids bothering them.Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.
