This property is very relaxing and comfortable! It is a two bedroom, two bath, 1580 Sq. Ft. Oasis Plan home in Trilogy. We bought it new and furnished it ourselves. Perfect for entertaining, in this beautiful home you will find the kitchen with slab granite counters and stainless appliances and well stocked with cooking utensils, dishes, glasses and linens. The kitchen/great room makes for great family meals and relaxation. The dining table seats eight and the living room seats six comfortably. You can watch the latest golf tournament or a DVD on the 48” flat screen or there are books and games for your enjoyment. The master suite includes a new California King pillowtop bed, dresser, night stands, closet, and all linens. The second bedroom includes a Queen bed with accessories to complete the room. And let's not forget the laundry facilities!
There’s patio furniture and a BBQ for outdoor cooking and dining, and automatic sprinklers. Our gardener, Anthony, comes twice a month to insure the yard and irrigation is in order.
Trilogy’s Santa Rosa Club House is exceptional, with its Olympic pool for lap swimming, separate leisure pool, hot tub, lighted tennis courts, Bocce Ball and state-of-the-art gym with indoor track. You can mingle with guests and play billiards or ping pong in the club house. There is a world class day spa and a day café for your coffee, espresso and sandwich needs.
Renters must purchase a RENTER ID CARD from Member Services for $50.00 person for the term of the rental agreement before use of the Santa Rosa Club is allowed.
Golfers will enjoy Trilogy's PGA quality golf course (The Golf Club at La Quinta), which has hosted the 'Skins Game'. And you'll find plenty of other nearby golf courses including SilverRock, now featured in the Bob Hope Desert Classic, and several courses at PGA West.

We liked that the Trilogy was away from all of the hustle and bustle of other desert communities. It has an active community lifestyle with all of the amenities. It's peaceful, has spectacular views of the mountains and we love the golf course. And the Trilogy is only minutes away from anything and everything.
