Heritage Bay is a bundled golf community with 27 holes of great golf. A 27,000 sqft club house with dining and themed events can keep you busy during your stay. You can enjoy Golf,Tennis, a day spa, fitness center, resort style pool, bike trails, billards room and more with a minimum one month stay and a small transfer fee. This unit is professionally decorated and recently repainted. You will find flat screen TV's in the master bedroom, family room and the den. The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and the guest room has two single beds. the den comes with a queen size pull out couch and a desk with the use of a laptop or bring your own. Free wifi high speed internet service is supplied along with comcast cable with digital cable box and free long distance calling to anywhere in the US or Canada.
Each room is equipped with a celing fan for your convenience. the front veranada is fully furnished and make a great outdoor living space. The lania come complete with a patio table and chairs and faces East so you can watch the sunrise during your morning coffee. This unit comes with a one car garage. Just a short walk away you will find one of many satilite pools if you don't want to venture to the club house resort style pool and tiki bar.

We have been renting for 10 years in the Naples area during the winter months and the last 5 years we've rented in Heritage Bay. Our most recent rental was this Veranda unit and it's the best unit that we've been in. It has been very well maintained, extremely well furnished and finely decorated. We had everything that we needed. The owner is very accommodating and was great to work with. We give this unit a strong A+ and we will return.Did you find this review helpful?
