Phenomenal Location. 30 Feet from Lift #1. True ski in/ski out. Valet your car. Ski Valet to take your skis at the end of the day. Restaurant/Bar in the building. Jacuzzi onsite. Convenience store in building for anything you forgot or want.
No need to get in your car again when you get here. Everything is within walking or skiing distance. Best place for young kids and your family for the dollar. 6 and under ski free at Taos. Ski tickets are very reasonable. Beginner ski hill and ski school a very short walking distance to condo, less than 200 ft.

Year Purchased: 2007
About the owner: I remodeled/built this building in 2005-2007. Kept these units for our family use. Have a family of 4, young kids. Love to ski here, my kids, 9 and 7 yrs old love it here.
Why the Owner Chose Taos Ski Valley:
I bought this hotel in 2005 for its fantastic location and newer building. There are very few new condos at this ski area and certainly few with this great location. The value for your dollar for you ski experience and winter family vacation can't be beat here.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Skiing right to our condo. SKi valet takes your skis. Never have to get in your car after arriving. Everything is within a very short walking distance. My kids ski on their own at the age of 9 and everyone meets back at the condo. no need for your family to take a bus anywhere. Ski to your condo. You can only end up at lif #1 at the end of the day. New ski areas opening. Kids ski hill is a short walking distance.
